Hi,
all
this
is
the
worst
Hotel
I
have
ever
stayed
in
my
life.
I
booked
this
hotel
through
ibibo
but
at
the
day
of
check-in
when
I
reached
the
Hotel
they
told
me
that
they
are
not
excepting
online
bookings
which
I
already
paid
to
ibibo,
they
want
pay
at
hotel
service.
Then
they
told
me
they
will
give
me
room
and
make
a
new
booking
for
me
when
I
will
pay
in
cash
for
that
room
and
I
paid
double
amount
for
the
room
which
is
showing
in
ibibo
but
they
said
they
will
talked
to
ibibo
and
my
online
paid
cash
will
be
refunded
to
me
with
in
7-10
working
days
but
it’s
been
2
months
they
didn’t
refunded
my
money
and
their
(
MD
)
Sagar
now
He
is
not
receiving
the
call.
If
they
are
not
accepting
online
bookings
they
must
have
cancel
the
booking
before
the
check-in
date
but
at
the
time
of
check-in
they
refused
the
booking
what
was
my
fault
in
this
situation?
My
money
is
still
stuck
in
the
hotel,

stay
in
this
