I booked this hotel through ibibo but at the day of check-in when I reached the Hotel they told me that they are not excepting online bookings which I already paid to ibibo, in new city it is difficult to book the hotel on the spot. Then they told me they will give me room and make a new booking for me when I will pay in cash for that room and I paid double amount for the room which is showing in ibibo but they said they will talked to ibibo and my online paid cash will be refunded to me with in 7-10 working days but it’s been 2 months they didn’t refunded my money and their ( MD ) Sagar now He is not receiving the call. My money is still stuck in the hotel, Don’t stay in this hotel.

Hi, all this is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Totally mismanagement.more rooms problems.l was visited in the last week only with my group.helpless staff.commodes were in damaged positions. No proper maintenance of rooms. only restrarent service is good. .

I visit in hotel last Friday good service

Awesome place, Nice View, Couple Friendly and safe, Good Food especially Matar Pulao with Dal Tadka and nice outdoor seating on terrace of MP Dhaba... Staff behavior really nice... Reception people were also good and polite... Just one suggestion that donot book the hotel online from Oyo/Goibibo/MMT as Hotel might refuse or deny your check-in. Thanks for reading~ Nikhil Dubey

Room is quite good. Had a comfortable stay. Just the ac wasn’t cooling as it should, but the weather was cool when I visited so didn’t face problem. Food is fantastic except “VEG BIRYANI” avoid it at any cost. Complementary buffet breakfast available but limited variety served. They don’t serve good terms with OYO if you pay online then chances are that you might end up not getting a room there. They prefer payments at their end.

Rooms are neat & clean but no teabags etc are provided in room. Quality of soap & shampoo is cheap. Roomservice doesn't start before 8am. Staff isn't efficient. It appears as if Dhaba workers have been given a uniform but no training in hotel management. Food quality is average.

Its a nice hotel with clean rooms. Couple friendly, Service was nominal.

Not accepting bookings through OYO, I got a best discounted price, but at the reception there are 3 illiterate lady, who said we can't check you in for such low price, you need to pay atleast 500 more to check in. They didn't even provided any invoice of it. Please resolve your problems with OYO, why to suffer the customers into it, if you don't want to accept through oyo then why you are giving such discounts and promoting on the app.

Too Late service...quantity is so less compair to price.. I refer u go to other hotel or dhaba...this hotel was useless😡😡😡😡😡

Rooms are suberb ...!!! I love to visit here again and again..!! Services are very fast as compared to rest of hotels ..!! I love Ambience of the room ..!! I suggest Must visit this place ..!! Best place for couples as well as corporate ..!!

Don't visit ever!! They don't allow out side food and restaurant food is too costly and with less options No early checkin or check out allowed I have to pay full payment for extra 3 hours and also ac not working properly making noises

Worst experience I have ever seen.staff don’t know how to treat customers,especially at night times. They will change their prices immediately if any demand for rooms. Totally illiterate staff. Rooms also not matching with prices.

The place is value for money. I got a good discount via goibibo. Rooms are spacious. Though not feature rich they have all basic amenities. Room cleanliness should be improved. The boys are very polite and caring but could do better with some professional training. Food at the restaurant is good. Breakfast spread to be avoided. Very minimal and oily. The management is forthcoming.
