It is sad that this property which should have good hospitality from top to bottom is equipped with an extremely toxic and vindictive owner. I urge the management of the hotel to please take care of his mental well being so he is able to better manage his temperament. Lot of good people would be happy to assist this individual in case help is needed to find a mental hospital with good therapists for his speedy recovery.

Worst experience. The staff is very bad, no manners. My friend's family had a wedding there, there was no facility available according to the sky high prices. No basic amenities in the room. Nothing according to the ITC standard. Total waste of money. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Its my solo date place, lovely ambience and staff behaviour. Its vegan friendly, and they easily customise and veganise the food as per my instructions. Tasty as yummm

My uncle organised his wedding on 3-4th December 2022 and had a bad experience there as the food quantity, quality, staff was not adequate the desired amount. And the management also didn't not support well no toiletries nothing was there in sense of room amenities and the dal was flooded with water and chole tikki didn't had chole and THE MOST WORST THING about them is they asked to clear dues at midnight around 3 am which is ILLEGAL UNDER LAW and according to rule dues are to be cleared at the time of checkout and they pressurised us for giving the money right away. The staff was MISBEHAVING with the guests out there. If this complaint will not been taken on note and if we don't get the solution then I've to lodge a Consumer complaint. As a customer. Or refund us some amount on basis of Compensation for the trouble caused.

Located slightly outside the city limits of Raipur. The hotel is quite big with adequate space for sprawling lawns and gardens. Good rooms. Good meeting rooms. Very huge and largest conference/party hall in Chhattisgarh.

Food not what you can expect from 5 Star Their stuarts were not well trained, it seems like they were picked up from local rural hotels ( not saying they were bad but not what you get to see in luxury hotels. Management needs to train them on how to manage guests and cater to their needs)

Food is awesome. Pink panther drink is really different. All must try this drink.i never had such special taste anywhere.

Extremely Over priced, not so trained staff, lack of experience, shallow feeling, just an enormous structure with untrained inexperienced staff. Hope ITC will bring a dynamic change very soon.

Honestly I had received a lot of opinions about this hotel...I think people have exaggerated too much about this place... But it was Ok kind of place... The banquet hall was large one but from outside it seemed ols building and still construction work was to be done...

My life was in DANGER when.I tought BATHTUB ELECTRIC CURRENT was in TUB. Breakfast was complimentary but they changed for TEA & COFFEE. DWARKAPRASAD JOSHI NAGPUR M.H

Located at the junction of old raipur and Naya Raipur... this hotel stands out for its beauty. It gives a very total look when you enter the hotel ...ita a nice hotel for wedding destination. For vacation it lacks few amenities...food is really good as it's a pure veg restaurant. The prices are on higher side but ok for those who really don't mind.

Had dinner there, the ambience is very good and location is outside the city - so very spacious. The approach to the hotel right from the gate to the entrance is impressive. Only negative moment was the dish Garlic cheese paneer tikka. Paneer was a bit hard and taste of garlic was absent. Hence the 4 stars.
