Very bad experience. Not at all responsive staff. No information about the patient is shared with the attendants regarding the operation. OT management is not good. No one works unless forced. You have to keep pushing the staff for instance claim submission. They won't give you discharge till insurance is cleared. In the process, they will eat up at least 1 additional day. Not at all efficient. So many loop holes in the functioning.

I had a highly unpleasant experience during my discharge from the hospital. Despite completing my TPA treatment at 1:30 pm, the doctors insisted on keeping me for an additional day without any valid reason. This unnecessary delay caused me significant inconvenience and discomfort, and I feel that it reflects poorly on the hospital's efficiency and quality of care.

One of the worst hospital in Raipur, only money minded, no clear communication from doctor's side. They will admit every patient to ICU and then put them on ventilator and then threaten you. Very bad atmosphere, waiting rooms are full of Cockroaches. Not recommended for any kind of treatment. Staff are also not co-operative. Administration also not good.

The Bhajan was very energetic.Doctor Nitin Goel , Dr Ramesh ,Dr Sahu & Dr Niki all residential doctors were awesome. All Fantastic staff ,well mannered people. The nurses,ward boys and everyone else was awesome. Housekeeping staff was very cooperative.Dietician and Floor manager were cooperative and the services they rendered were exceptional.

Services are good but too much disturbance for patients as the doors and knobs have noises which can be avoided. Gaskets and rubbers can be used for handles and door overhauling must. Staff shall be trained to make least noise while opening closing doors sweeping and other activities. All doctors and staff are very attentive and caring Treatment is good. View and location is very nice. Cleanliness and hygiene is very well maintained. Over all good .

Along with the best service there is also the worst service. Nursing staff does not work properly at night. Nursing staff gives late service even if the patient has an emergency problem. The hospital is well equipped, emergency facilities are also available.But the nursing staff is not perfect.Cleanliness facility and canteen facility is also available here. It is one of the biggest hospital in the city. You have to book a taxi to reach here. Sharing taxis or public auto rickshaws are rarely available to go here.

I'm satisfied with the good services. Dr. Vk sir support staff and management are well organised. It took time for billing but was better than the rest. We took a semi private room, there was timely management of food and medicine intake along with good coordination between the nurse.

I had my relative visit to the hospital where they gave unnecessary treatments inspite of curing the patient all they want is ur money with Unwanted tests and medicines which make the patient weak , same happened in my case . I took the call and got my relative out of the Hospital and once all the medications were stopped her oxygen levels jumped to about 94 which on medocation and inside hospital facility was under 86. After the operation, when my mother was brought outside, she was screaming in pain, was in pain even in her unconsciousness, was suffering a lot, could not breathe due to pain, we were shocked to think that when she was inside Was in pain. Why did they not pay any attention, my mother was shivering with cold. He was kept inside for half an hour after the operation, so why was she not given treatment. We were being driven away so that we could not see all this. After 8 hours there was some relief and mother could not sleep through the night. We had never seen our mother in such pain before. We are not satisfied at all with what happened here after the operation. It is a matter of shame that why there was so much trouble, why their team did not pay attention, it is very sad that we will never bring anyone here in life now.

Dr Vivek kesherwani is excellent Dr, good nursing staff room service. Very bad management, advance is not getting refund once all the clarification is done from insurance side they are asking to come back again on Monday, for patients how it is feasible to come again and again for money. Sorry changing my review, it's was false review done in hurry. Original now It's equivalent to a government hospital. No cleaning smelly toilet, to pay visit for OPD you have to atleast make 6-7 hrs of your time. Which means dedicate a entire day for 5 min consultation. Apart from having some best doctors like Sameer mittal and few others nothing is good about this hospital. This is the Worst Ever Management I have Seen in my LIFE Today on 11th November, I travelled 80 Kms from Rajnandgaon and visited Suyash Hospital Raipur to meet Dr Gulati. At reception they took 700 fees from me and said me to wait few minutes for Dr Gulati. After few minutes, the staff told me that Dr Gulati will not meet any patient. All patients were waiting from 2 PM and at 4.30 PM they said Dr will not meet. Dr Gulati was in his cabin and denied to meet. I told staff to inform Dr Gulati that I came from 80 Kms but the staff said they can not talk on this with Dr. POOR MANAGEMENT

1. There should be a timer in the nurse caller so that the number of calls have been made and the time for which the nurse has been attended. 2. The treatment schedule for that day should be displayed in the patient's room. 3. The amount for medicines or other tests should be decided within a specific time with prior information. There should not be delay in treatment due to lack of money. 4.Quality objective should be as per quality policy. 5.Medical fecility is so good.

Staff is really good,Doctors and staff specially Nurse Himani ji the way of talking,explaining and serving medicines time to time is really nice.she just treated us like a family member.

I am not satisfied with the orthopedic opd. There is no fixed time for ortho opd, if doctor goes to surgery then you will have to wait for 3-4 hours. Time is not given clearly for OPD.
