I used their services recently for an ailing and bedridden family member who it was was difficult for us to transport to the hospital. Most Doctors refused to undertake a home visit. I had several doubts before experiencing the actual home visit by their paramedic. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover how easy they made the process of remote examination of throat by an ENT Doctor via their innovatively designed tools and technology. This would not have been possible via a simple online consultation. Thus we received a medical checkup from the comfort of our home. The owner and entire team seem honest, hard working , very polite , sympathetic and professional individuals and therefore a pleasure to deal with. I also felt the services were affordable. Very prompt service. First time used the services for my bed ridden father's treatment. Dr. visited the house within one hour and as per assigned time. Dr. was good and his prescription worked for my father. Also follow up consultation was good n prompt after getting some test reports. DokVision's representatives were regularly following up about the patient's condition and assured us of extending any help required regarding Dr. followup consultation.
