Pulled up to my room, three guys were in front of the door just standing there. While walking from my vehicle to the room a man approached us asking for a cigarette. The room had no toilet paper, but it did have a fridge and microwave. The bed is quite comfy to sleep in, all in all it was okay I didn't really feel safe at the beginning but I guess it works out.

The room was smokey and the furniture had burn marks even though it was a non-smoking room. They told me checking in a king room was available on the first floor but when I asked to switch to it they said it's on the third floor. I feel like I was over charged for the room. Especially after seeing the quality.

Room wasn't cleaned. Bed had weird little fleas or bugs or something on it. The area around the hotel was very low class feeling as we're most guests and the rooms themselves...only bright spot was the room surprisingly had actually a nice tv, desk, dresser in it. I'd definitely look elsewhere for a room for sure. There's way better deals out there than this.

As soon as we open the room door roaches greeted us with open arms...we switched rooms 2nd room the roaches wanted to shower with us we switched rooms for a 3rd time there was no greeting at the door but as soon as we laid down for bed the roaches crawled across the ceiling. There was no freaking way I could close my eyes...I would love a refund AND some free nights but at a DIFFERENT LOCATION ROACH FREE

Was an overall pleasant stay, you can tell they're trying to get everything improved. Staff was nice and helpful, bed was comfortable and hot water was plentiful. Sadly the place doesn't look amazing but that comes with renovations.

Ridden with every stereotype you can think of from pro’s/mgrs to Pookie from New Jack City… I choose not to be explicit but you catch my drift. **The extra star is because I did not see any insects in my room. Pulled in people just sitting outside looking like they were about to fall over from being high. Not a safe place at all definitely would not recommend staying with kids! Also only one light in the room worked the toilet seat was cracked in half wire haning out and raoches were crawling everywhere terrible place to stay! The guy also lied an said we never showed up in order for them to keep the money and not get our free night!

Honestly the room is clean but the outside atmosphere is questionable. I didn't feel my car was safe. No breakfast of any kind served, no housekeeping, I will never book here again!

I would not recommend this hotel, that is why I didn't give it any stars. Stairwell smelled like urine and had trash all over. The tub was gross, the bathroom ceiling was spelling, the lamps didn't have lampshades on them. If you expect to go swimming you are out of luck, the pool is closed.

They have charged me multiple times for my vested service a animals and the shower doesn't d drain and have me the worst rated room. Room number 210 the amount of money my mom spent was ridiculous $800 for ONE week and I've been here more than two weeks and they're still not giving me an discount I pay $110 a night. I don't recommend this hotel

I have not had any problems with the front desk. However, the rooms are not great, it's a 2 star motel, so keep your expectations low, you will see roaches.

Steer clear of this hotel!!!! Noisy, but it was the least of the issues. The Bathroom and room had ROACHES!!!!!! There were so many roaches in the tub and toilet that it was frightening. They were crawling everywhere. Because we arrived very late and were very tired, we sucked it up and stayed. I mentioned to the desk clerk upon checkout about the roaches and he told me they clean the rooms the best they can. Cleaning won't help, pesticide will. Also the wall outlets did not work and we had to sleep on opposite sides of the bed than what we are accustomed and got a horrible night's sleep.

If I could them give an negative review I would we are in the p process of moving so we got to be easier to stay closer to the move house so we don't have to go driving back and forth with our three year old and there is so many bugs she woke us up we came straight in and just crashed and when she woke up screaming there's bugs on her and that was 3:30 in the morning and the guy was so rude to me he would not listen to me he ever talked to me he was Indian male so he talks down to me he would not let me get a word out he spoke over me the entire time I try to tell him what's going on he said I should have came earlier. But we were moving furniture around it was dark in the room with a blinds closed and then all the sudden when you turn on the lamps which are missing curtains they're just bulbs showing chords showing the refrigerator not working the microwave beside the sink no tray in the microwave rusted completely out he offered to switch rooms as i stated to him its roaches so if there's there's no point to switching rooms because then they infestation of roaches will be in every room will be in every single room.I spell disgusting my daughter's feet were black on my fingernails are black the room is disgusting say nobody cleaned it no wonder they had the blinds pulled because they did not want you to see how nasty it was there was no remote control the cable didn't work the refrigerator is not cold nothing was plugged in the microwave the same next to the sink with the cord going to cross it that is so dangerous. On top of that we've had no sleep we feel dirty we feel itchy or our stuff is all now contaminated and he makes me stand outside of the window and talk to him in the middle of the night outside when you get it simply open the door and locked it behind me from my safety as a woman but again as I said he did not listen to a word I said he just came over talking to me this has to be by far the worst place I have ever tried to sleep. I will be contacting the health department because I have video and pictures he told me good luck he didn't care get out of his get out of his face pretty much I also try the 24 hours service number for corporate it doesn't work it doesn't do anything but just buzz busy it would be okay to hear baby's bottle up in a microwave with no tray and rusted out with roaches baby roaches baby mama roses on the toilet and then tub in our bed sheets it's disgusting. It's definitely dangerous for a child to be in this room was dangling chords rusted out window seals Furniture braking and it's very loud what can I get no sleep it's so loud here you can get no sleep people in and out all night and I asked the lady asked me the reservation with was it a safe place was a safe location she said yes I said is it a nice hotel she said yes she lied to me

I'm formally writing a complaint. This complaint will also be sent to Wyndham. I would like a full refund. I only stayed here because i had a family emergency in Raleigh, and I could not drive in the dark. I do not expect perfection from a Days Inn, BUT I do expect a clean and proper room. I woke up to two roaches crawling on my face. I got up, went to the bathroom, and watched another roach run all over the sink. Another came out from the corner of the bathtub. Ib walked out of the bathroom, went to grab my shirt..... and there's another one! With the amount of roaches I have seen within a 20-minute period tells me that you do not treat these rooms properly to kill all pests. Picture attached. The "baseboard" is falling off, no lamp shades, no way to charge my logins. I had to plug my phone into the TV just to get a charge. I did not enjoy being told I couldn't have a refund due to the fact that I occupied the room, regardless of how many roaches I saw in my room. To make matters worse, when I walked out of my room, I was asked for money, cigarettes, and someone had the audacity to ask my husband if he could give a ride so the person could obtain drugs. An appalling sight was a man laying naked in his bed with the window curtains wide open. My vehicle was parked right in front of his room! I should've kept driving home.

I'm surprised to see that even after the COVID situation, many businesses seem to have changed their approach. Unfortunately, this hotel appears to be one of them. It's disappointing to note that the level of care for clients and visitors has dropped significantly. Even basic obligations, such as providing an adequate breakfast, have not been met. In my opinion, calling a cup of coffee a "breakfast" doesn't align with the expectations set by the word "breakfast" itself, and it certainly doesn't justify the price. This lack of attention to detail and quality is concerning and should be addressed.

NO stars 0 if I could, my mom is elderly her and her husband, please do NOT rent a room here even a night, my mom went inside her room there was a bug going across her bed and Bathroom, also bathroom and bed sheets was really dirty, the toilet was leaking they told my mom to throw towels around the toilet eww this hotel wouldn’t give her a refund or even a different room! This place need shut down! I don’t know how it still running with the bugs and the dirt, also no breakfast like they said, and no coffee pot in the room at all.. but with all the filth they wouldn’t ate here any way!!! I believe this hotel is ripping people out of there money by saying no refund that bull, this hotel just keeps your money, also 50 dollar charge if you smoke! There was holes in the sheets anyway! They said she would get her money back in 5 days the 50 dollars smoking charge we will see!!

They have roaches on every room was all in the tub when I came into the room crawling around and from behind the tv and the hot water doesn’t work they knew that before I checked it and not giving us an refund this place is roach infested point blank !!!

Cockroaches everywhere they crawl in bed with your family. They way too comfortable. They eat your food if you don’t eat it first. I would love a refund AND some free nights but at a DIFFERENT LOCATION ROACH FREE

It's a dump. Full of roaches. Don't leave any type of food out. Dank and dirty. No working phone.

They suck! they take people money and won’t cancel my reservation. the environment was bad and we didn’t feel safe staying but they didn’t care cause they had took our money and we didnt even stay there! wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Would not recommend it was Disgusting, not for families or people with kids. Open bar right beside, open for 24 hours, we found 6 roaches, loud music, marijuana smells all through the halls, stains on bedsheets, and bathroom falling apart, beds sliding all over the room and broken, tables and lamps were broke, paper on windows, alcohol spilled in elevators also very sketchy/ creepy.

It was okay, The room had burn marks on the nightstand. Beds slept pretty good though.
