Yesterday I went to the store for the first time and they managed to get me an appointment practically without any advance notice, they were very friendly on the phone. I got my nails done (gel) with Rapha and I loved it! Super careful and perfectionist. They were perfection. The colleague who was giving another lady a manicure (I don't know her name) was also loving and very friendly the entire time. I'll be back for sure! (I can't attach a photo because it gives an error, but believe me: it's worth it!)

A little disorganized with schedule and service. The quality of the service leaves something to be desired and the price does not match the work. Positive points are that they open on Sundays even without an appointment, depending on availability, and are friendly. Due to scheduling problems, I was attended to unexpectedly and in a bit of a rush on their part. The two colors I chose were already at the end, so we used a third to make up for the lack and it didn't look so good. If it were in the 20 to 25 euros range, I would give it 4 stars for Vanessa's calmness. But for 45 euros it was very lacking.

they gave me an appointment at 8:30am even tho the store only opens at 10am but when i got there the store was still closed and i waited there until 9am but no one arrived or contacted me. i tried calling the place but that was obviously unsuccessful :/

I got my nails done (gel) with Gabriel and I'm in love. Impeccable work. Everything very well done, well taken care of. Gabriel has fairy hands and care for the well-being of his clients. Not to mention that he is very polite and very friendly! I can't stop looking at my nails. I'll come back a thousand times and I recommend it with my eyes closed✨

VERY poorly designed gel nails, not to mention that I arrived at the salon at 6pm and only left after opening hours after only having gel maintenance and a gel pedicure. I was disappointed with the work, and I don't recommend it at all.
