Für mich leider die schlechteste Unterkunft seit langem, bei der Buchung geht auch nicht hervor dass es sich nicht um ein Hotel handelt sondern lediglich um anonyme Apartments wo man selber einchecken muss mit einem Code. Mein negatives Bauchgefühl beim betreten des Gebäudes wurde leider dann bestätigt. Hinzukam dass ich sehr viel Pech mit meinem Zimmer hatte was nicht sauber war und wo wohl ein Missverständnis von der Benutzung vorlag, aber es aufgrund der späten Stunde nicht mehr möglich war dies zu reklamieren oder zu tauschen. Positiv ist, dass das Personal erreichbar war und auch wegen des Missverständnisses am nächsten Tag sehr professionell reagiert hat. Deswegen auch die zwei Sterne, sonst wäre es nur ein Stern von meiner Seite aus gewesen. Wer eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht in der Nähe der Busstation sucht zu einem niedrigen Preis, kann hier für eine Nacht schlafen. Ansonsten ist es kein Ort mit Ambiente und Herz, dann lieber mehr Geld ausgeben und sauber und ruhig schlafen, da leider auch die Bewohner der anderen Zimmer sehr laut in der Nacht waren. Wie gesagt es kann aber sein das ich einfach nur sehr viel Pech hatte.

Absolutely adorable place! I spent one night here with my girlfriend, before she needed to go to the airport. In the beginning we need 5 minutes to realise that our room will be in a normal house instead of a Hotel (haven't read all the information). After we figured it all out, we were warmly welcomed by a lady called Helena. She showed us our room, explained to us everything we needed to know and asked if we needed anything else. It was raining, so we were totally soaked. We gave here our clothes to dry, which we got back after 2 hours. Check in and check out went super easy and with no trouble at all. We had the "green room", which was equipped with a bottle of water, tea, a tea kettle, air-conditioning, our own bathroom with shower, shampoo, our own toilet, a table, 2 chairs and much more. The interior was neat and everything was clean! The location is worth gold! A small supermarket around the corner, a sushi restaurant next door, and a bus station in front of the door, train station "sete rios" 5min by walking. The noise level was acceptable for us. We choose on purpose a location close to the airport, so expect airplanes until late in the night. Whenever I need a place to stay again, I know where to go! Thanks for hosting us!

Just a place to get some sleep. Unfortunately, it was the first place when I've met somebody who's not speaking English- and I've spent in Portugal totally around a month in last 12 months. The worst thing is that was a person whose number was provided through booking to contact about the reservation and arrival. A bit dirty (e.g. broken zip tie on the floor when I was entering the room, taken by the person who was showing me the room, dusty air vent in bathroom). To get some sleep it was really ok but for any longer stay than one night- I wouldn't recommend- especially for around 70€. It's worth 30€ max but this year all the prices in Lisbon are crazy.

Have stayed here three times now. Nuno and Sabrina are very helpful. The rooms are quite basic but comfortable and in a great location for Lisboa exploration. Near the bus station and metro a short walk to the wonderful Gulbenkian and El Corte Ingles. Very reasonably priced. Will stay again for sure.

Im giving 1 star only for the room space .. they dont give me door code and i was stuck outside exhausted. I thought price was cheap but the room they give me don't even have attach bathroom and enough light i feel like really disapointed. I tried customer care number many time but it got engaged 😰😥😥 worst experince ever
