My stay was pretty great at this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The locality is also good. There are good shopping options and restaurants nearby. Hotel staffs were helpful and well mannered. Food was really expensive but good in taste.

The worst experience ever. I asked them for a glass of water they couldn't provide me. They said staff nai hai and all I was sitting on reception and I was sweeting heavily they even don't have central Air conditioning. Rooms were not spacious. I don't recommend anyone to go to this hotel you have a lot of better option then this .

I had a wonderful experience at the HOLIDAY HOMES. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! Special thanks to Dr.ANISH SINHA for making us feel like homestay throughout the wedding. Totally recommended..love it. Will visit next time.

We reserved The Ball Room hall for sangeet event before our wedding for ~80 guests. This hotel was less than average in the overall service, as compared to the prices they charge. First of all the sheets used on all the chairs were dirty. I saw the same in one of the previous events, and told them to use a fresh sheet for our event which they assured they will. But you could clearly see stains on the white sheets put on the chairs. Their sofa is of a very old model and reduces the beauty of the hall. Coming to the day of event, we faced 3 major issues - 1) In chicken curry that we ordered we found a big butterfly type dead insect in food which we pointed out and told them to replace immediately. They took away the same and after 45 mins brought the container back by which time everyone had finished off their food. An insect in food totally ruined our reputation in front of the bride's family. 2) they started serving water in glasses instead of water bottles which is followed in all the places. After lots of discussion with them they said that we didn't mention the same during booking and hence they would serve the same in glasses. Clearly shows how cheap the hotel is. They did rectify the same later by providing water bottles 3) In later part of event puris got over and I personally along with several guests waited for 45 mins but they did not bring back the puris. They clearly are incapable of hosting simple events and just are after the money and cost cuttings. Worst experience so far out of 4 events we organised at different locations in Ranchi during our wedding.

Horrible experience and poor service quality wrt the cost. No slippers, no toiletries and ever no recharge on tv. Poor door locking causing issues every now and then.

The hotel is great, infact it is more than great. But unfortunately, all the greatness ends there. The housekeeping is the worst I have ever seen in any stared hotels. They do not have any sense of responsibility, no communication skills. I got a room with broken washroom door. I reached the reception and asked them to resolve the issue or switch to a different room. They had no clue what to do, finally after requesting zillion times he sent someone yo inspect it. The executive who visited who visited confirmed that it cannot be fixed and need some time to be fixed. With that I reached the reception again for a room swap, they they told they are going to send a carpenter to fix and I was asked to share personal number. I waited for 2 long hours and reached the reception again only to hear that the carpenter went to check the room but his supervisor forgot to call and he return not able yo find the room. And they cannot change the room in 7-8 hours it will be checkout time. I was left with three persons in a room with a washroom whose doors will not shut.

Few comments: Good things: -> Food was great -> Service was great -> Good internet connection Things to improve: -> Hairdryer was missing and while booking I was told that It would be available -> Bathroom sync was choked -> Water was muddy but got cleared after few hours -> Bedsheets had light stains -> Bathroom floor mats were missing

The rate is too high as due to its location. But the inside ambience of the hotel and the rooms are very satisfying. You can definitely book for your occasions as and when required. I like the property. Hotel is located little out side from the main city due to this it's spacious and peaceful. But the main city is easily reachable in just 5 km. Size of room is good and hotel is not crowded. Some points need to be improved like it seems they not get many guests all the time so all rooms are not well maintained. Staff behavior is good. Good place for workshops and conferences.

I have booked two rooms where they had full of miscommunications with my guests. It was pathetic and the kind of front desk staff they have is not hospitable at all. Never ever recommended to stay. When you go for booking a room they gonna commit everything however the same services were denied upon departure. Absolutely rubbish.

Hi I, A. W Anwer, from Delhi stayed at room no 2002 Cottage no 2 at this Hotel. I had a very bad experience with the Cottage. Over all Very poor maintenance, like lot of dust on terrace, no chairs to relax, next to terrace was a dumping ground, terrible to handle door leading to terrace (door with out handle), no light on terrace, good bathroom but no towel stand/rod, no chair or sofa/ table in the room. Overall I feel cheated. Quality of the breakfast was fine

I stayed for 2 days and it was a fabulous experience. Food was appetizing and mouth-watering. As well as it was a really mesmerizing view from our room that made our stay more awesome and fabulous. The staff was really helpful and the owner made sure that our stay was comfortable. Also, the staff person Sushil kumar munda is very supportive and helpful. Thanks.
