Rooms are foul smelling, we can see yello and white patches in the bed sheets. They were not replaced after an occupancy it seems. Bath rooms are well maintained, food is okay, all the employees like stewards, waiters, front desk staff members are starring differently on strangers as if they are from foreign countries. Try to train them hospitality services for long run.....

Poor Entrance but apart from that, everything is amazing here. Cosy rooms, polite staff, good service, excellent buffet breakfast. Best hotel for couples.

It's a beautiful Hotel. Having sufficient place for Parking of all type(s) of vehicles for all customers whosoever staying in this Hotel. Behaviour, nature & hospitality is excellent and outstanding. Tariffs for both AC & Non-AC Rooms are very nominal & can be affordable by everyone. Overall Neatness & Cleanliness is beautifully maintained.

The hotel was good. Like the other reviews say don't be worried by the shady entrance, the hotel is good from the inside. Not 4/5 star but it is neat, clean and there are quite a few rooms. The staff was courteous and helpful. The food ordered from the menu was good as well. Especially the chicken sandwich was really really good. The drinks available were also well made and served properly. The room service was good. We were told not to put the empty plates n utensils outside the room and call the room service instead, not sure what that was about. The breakfast buffet - this was the biggest disappointment, there was hardly anything to call it a buffet and whatever was there was not served properly, had to order and wait for coffee as well. The buffet needs a huge improvement.

The staff is very rude and arrogant, doesn't know how to deal with a customer. A clown, named Dharam present at reception is highly unprofessional, rude and careless to be precise. Giving stupid logic to superimpose his below average capability. This person has literally no regards to customers and their requirements. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite requesting an early breakfast, they refused to cooperate. This person at the reception exhibited rude behaviour, making the stay extremely unpleasant. One star for the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism.

Glad to share my review. Had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Good outing for myself & my family. The staff was very professional & the hotel scores very high on cleanliness, service quality, food quality & price competitiveness.

Given four stars because at the time of booking I informed them that I have a year old child with me therefore I will need to cook her food they said they will co-operate. But on the first day they were very reluctant to cook my child's food with the ingredients provided by me. They were saying that I have to take their ingredients only but after many requests they cooked my child's food. Apart from that Everything was very good. The location is near the railway station.

Service is somewhat confused ; (for instance I dialed the restaurant number to order food in my room but it got connected to room service). Lifts were not working or under repair most of the times. Location is bit far from main road , in a cozy street.

The hotel is neat and clean.All rooms are are fitted with AC.Though AC is not needed in winters they charge for that in the room rent.The staff are cooperative.The wash rooms are clean.They have a restaurant which serves tasty food.One can eat sitting in the restaurant or can order for room delivery without any extra cost.The entrance is through the market area and so is not good.But the hotel is good

Worst experience. Totally disgusted. Booked through fab hotels. There is no communication at all from fab hotels to Palash Residency. Fab not responding. Hotel staff have the worst behaviour, ever experienced. Apart from money being wasted, we experienced harassment. Never ever going to revisit or refer anyone either to fab hotels or Palash residency.
