Nice ambience, staffs are very friendly and cooperative.. foods are sumptuous and filling, totally worth for money deal, chilly paneer and baby corn chilly was very scrumptious.

Well maintained JTDC hotel with nice cozy rooms. Though rooms, washrooms can be managed better with existing facilities. Restaurant menu needs more of variations, more of local cuisines can be added too. Overall we had a good experience.

This hotel is managed by Jharkhand Tourism and Development Corporation. It's equipped with all basic amenities but there are many things to do and I hope they will increase the number of rooms very soon as they have only 29 rooms currently (25 AC rooms and 4 suites)

Very good budget hotel at a very good location near to Airport and Ranchi Railway station.Rooms are specious with comfortable bed.In-house restaurant servers wonderful food. Room service is prompt. Price of food is within affordable limit. Only negative points is the maintenance of the rooms and electrical gadgets should be taken care of. Overall a very good experience .

Awesome hotel. Highly recommended and if you want to stay at the heart of Ranchi, there is no better place than this. The rooms quality is fabulous. The bathroom has the special attraction of this hotel. Elevator facility available. The lounge is so beautiful, you can easily spent hours. If we talk about the food, then I will say that you must try the "chilli" items of this hotel. The staffs are extremely courteous and helpful. In the buy area of Ranchi, the hotel has limited but good amount of parking. You will get almost anything and everything in the surrounding. The hotel is situated very close to Big Bazzar. Must recommended stay at Ranchi.

I stayed here twice in winter. The hotel is good, though all the amenities are not present like Soap, Comb, Chappals. Liquid soap - container is empty. Complimentary breakfast is good. They supply drinking water regularly. Rooms are spacious. Wi fi is not working well in some corner rooms. Parking lot is big enough. Staff room is also there, as a dormitory hall. We can choose this hotel (it is a JTDC, Govt of Jharkhand undertaking) for short stay in Ranchi. Ambience is very classic and calm and location is in the heart of the city.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed... I checked in for two rooms on 4th October'22 & checked out on 6th October. All the rooms were booked but restaurant & room service were next to NIL for the lame excuse - staffs were on holidays for Navratri/Dushera; then the JTDC authority mustn't have taken bookings. On repeated requests only a jug of Drinking water given, no arrangements for RO/normal water purifier for boarders. Electric kettle was available in room but no "chai samagri"(ingredients for tea) supplied. No toileteries were given. Breakfast(3rd class, eggs were not given even) complementary but tea is chargeable. Badly maintained Hotel & clumpsy rooms. My overall ratings 03/10.

Very ordinary and disappointing service quality. The service quality is much poor for the rent they are charging. Rooms are okay, with some faulty equipments. It’s better to avoid this, much better hotels are available at a lower price than this. Also, they didn’t provide me a food bill. They charged GST without giving me a GST bill, Rs. 30 for Rs. 20 MRP water bottle. It’s a legit scam they are running.

Everything was just awesome. Although it's near main road, the ambience is very calm and noise free. Food was great and so were facilities. Staffs were also amazing. Keep hustling!

Only the ambience is good. 1. Rooms are small but okay. 2. Bathroom was not big but compact with nice equipment. However, there was water leakage from the geyser. 3. Most irritating part was the waiting time for food. We told them to serve our dinner at 9pm (which they agreed), but got it after 10.10pm after so many follow ups. Restaurant management is really poor. Very less people are managing it during peak season.

While the amenities are quite good, the best thing about this hotel is it's location. It is located at a very prominent part of the town, close to the railway station and not very far away from the airport. Additionally, it's right in the middle of a market with many shops, eateries, malls, etc. surrounding it. However, the hotel does not have a good compound. It is merely a building with no outdoor seating, no pool, no other facilities. That's a bit disappointing.

In JTDC Birsa Vihar, rooms are good. But their service is pathetic. Foods are costly yet taste is horrible. They don't know how to make even chicken pokora! Many items in menu are not available. So my suggestion is you can stay there but don't dare to order food unless you want to eat tasteless, horrible food.

The food menu had a lot of variety, but only seasonal. Had to be told when ordering. In the suit room, the fridge wasn't working and no hot water in the bathroom.

Everything is good for tourism. But there is no arrangement for the driver to stay here. No, drivers come due to fear of sleeping and are tired but it is necessary for them to have a place to sleep for this hotel Drivers are tired which leads to accidents due to sleep. These people should think about this.

I stayed in Birsa Vihar in AC suite. Which was i think most costly room. Although the room was at the backside of hotel with no balcony and thr was small window with clumsy neighbourhood view. In complementary breakfast thr was either puri or bread butter. Bread was too hard. Omlet to be taken separately by paing extra. Birsa Vihar management should check other star hotels to understand what is called complementary breakfast. The restaurant service was too poor. The items meentioned in menu card only few of them was available. The restaurant was not operating all hours even day time also. Last day at 3 pm they were not able to provide us lunch service. We had to went outside for lunch.

The location was a bit crowded but the rooms were great for the price especially the deluxe suite. The service was not that fast but that's common for every government owned hotel. A great place to stay in Ranchi.

The tourist property is quite cosy and offers good value for money. The food offered is delicious and healthy. The house keeping cleans rooms and maintains good hygiene.

Good hotel, newly Constructed, service average , staff behaviour above average, under JT tourism, average room rent ₹2000 with complementary breakfast but only 4 poori or 4 bread that is horrible , they might not be followi approved menu of JTDC because we stayed at JTDC Prabhat Bihar though there staff was not giving good service but complimentary breakfast was good , it was boofe counter with menu ranging from pori, sabji, Achar, Bread toast with butter, boiled egg, jalani, Aloo paratha , Tea. But hotel Borsa Bihar also from JTDC but they are depriving the tourist, Parking place is narrow and very small. Only Room is very good and toilets are Fitted with modern Jawar system but at present there is no lift, you may feel hard to climb 2nd floor. Upto now this is the information and comeback latter with more, till then good bye.
