The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. They take advance from customer and if customer cancel the booking then they just give fake promises to return the money. I have been in contact with this person named "NITIN" he is the worst person I have ever seen . I have cancelled my booking in April end only but he did not return my advance yet. I REQUEST EVERYONE DO NOT MAKE BOOKING IN SUCH FAKE HOTELS.

Such a horrible experience.. No management at all... Room were flithy. Flies were there.. Foul smell... Washroom toilet seat was broken no proper water supply... Big rat was roaming In the room.. Kitchen food was unhygienic.. Roti was smelling like rotten egg... In this covid time hotels should specially take care of these things.. But mahi residency ignoring everything though It is charging a very good amount... In mmt it has posted a fake photo.. Rooms were so dirty

Its not worth for 1 star also, many loopholes are there. Such as rude behaviour of staff, we at least 5-7 people have taken single room, after 3 days of stay they are telling to accommodate two people in one room, because they have taken more new bookings. Its an example of mismanagement and hotel is trying to impose it on customers.

Stayed in room 302 in April 2018. In their so called deluxe room, bathroom exhaust was not working. AC stopped cooling every 2 hours. Bad response from the hotel team to solve the issue coz the issue never got sorted. Ground Staff is cordial but the hotel is not properly managed. Food is ok and they have only thali system. The quantity is sufficient but a lot of food gets wasted. Hotel must think about guest occupancy based buffet. Only advantage is location. Overall not a good experience.

Worst hotel i have ever visit. Electricity shutdown in night for more than 4 hour. Staff on 9 o'clock pm on reception wear half pant and inner. Worst hospitality. Price is too high because they are not providing any service. Worst hotel.

It's a 3 star property and in prime location. Online booking available, nice place to stay

The Rooms ok for the price band they offer. The bedsheet was spotty, had spots you would abhor. The blanket had blood spots, might be from killed mosquitoes. Whites need be/must be whites. Room was neat clean. But worn out. Need repair n renovation. Small things which do not have too much cost but can have great impact were not taken care of. Buffet breakfast is not there. Its la carte served in room. Good enough to start a good day. Staff is polite, well behaved, slightly delayed in response, but give nice service. Located at a good place. Food was good, tasty n likeable. Liked it. Over all experience was OK, commensurate the price charged. Good place to be in that budget range.

People are unprofessional its fine to ask payment against services but they should take care of guests convenience. They don't provide bills against early check-in and for extra bed charges. Also the quality of breakfast is not at all good which actually not complimentary. When guest is paying for breakfast at least they should get good food.

What a beautiful scenario seeting on the terrace and enjoying our meal and seeing the sunset from terrace. Really thrilling view.

I had a stay at this hotel for 3 days. It is located at Sujata Chowk and it is best rooms are neat clean and tidy and I must say Best service I have experienced here. If you have a budget of Rs. 1600/- per day it is the best you should go for.

When I got the recommendation, there was high expectation. But its not too spacious (lobby also). Budget hotel. Banquet hall not good enough for organizing big gatherings but gooed enough for small gatherings upto 25 nos. Terrace banquet hall is average. We organised a get together at the basement banquet and didn't have a very good experience. The food was average and was prepared for the sake of preparing (taste wise). If you are thinking of organising a good and quality get together here, it is suggest to opt for some other venue (personal opinion). The only positive about was that we didn't pay too much as we were limited members (per plate charges for participants). In case there was a large gathering the satisfaction level would have been much below average. So at the rate we bargained, I can comment that it was average only. Desserts were good. I have not stayed in the hotel so can't comment upon the same. The staff members are polite and rendered good service. Cleanliness is good.
