There is no cordination between the hotel manager and the boss . They charge you extra. Even after paying the bill they would fight and say - it's not been paid. Moreover they just clean the used glasses and mugs with tap water in the washroom and say this is the way we do. Also they don't change the quilt and pillow cover and use the same for every guest. It's very unhygienic.

It is 2 star hotel...the hotel is neat and clean and staff behaviour is also very good...this is the oldest and best hotel available in doranda locality...it has also banquet hall where you can do function or any other ocassion ceremony....the hotel is beautifull and well equiped with all ac and wifi connectivity...

Horrible experience. Interiors of the room and toilet are old and worn out which need to be replaced ASAP. Extremely unprofessional staff and services with a very unwelcoming aura all over the hotel. A simple cheese/chicken sandwich is a luxury due to shortage of supplies. Staff don't seem very keen on helping you out. On the whole, it's a struggle to avail basic amenities like timely room cleaning, wi-fi, tea/coffee to be delivered on time, etc. Strongly recommend against planning a stay in this hotel.

Not a good experience, TV wasn't working, funny part was that there was single socket so either TV can be switched on or Set top box but service guy kept telling there is network problem and is across all rooms so no need to worry. Breakfast- very limited with just 1-2 options. Only hotel location is good as it's near to railway station and bus stand.

Small rooms. No water one evening and next morning. Breakfast very average. Needs a major makeover.

I wish I could give them negative rating but unfortunately no such option is available. If anybody is planning there marriage in this hotel, please don't ruin your D-Day by selecting this hotel. Initially they make false promises of doing alot of things but in the end they ruin everything. And, since you are not left with any other option, you have to make compromises on your special day. The worst place, unhygienic. Stage was not decorated properly, cleaning staff was also careless. Instead of 3 star they should be named as third class hotel Pathetic service.

An Old Charm Hotel , A favourite of Early Residents and Visitors of Ranchi. Situated not far from the Railway Station and Airport. It has few Kiosks Outside ( More like Take Away Counters) Serving fresh food and Snacks. The Ambience is Good . Rooms are Clean . It has a Bar / Hangout place for the new and old patrons.

As said experience counts,they have been in the industry for many years there they are quite good at their services.Although,constant renovation becomes challenging.The location is very close the Ranchi Airport.If you are short on-time,this is a one stop place with commendable food services.

Good hotel but service is not upto mark

We found the hotel really remarkable. All the staffs are so courteous,well behaved and polite. Especially the receptionist guy who sits in the morning and the attendant 'Pannalal' are true gentleman. I am so so thankful to Hotel Yuvraj OYO 1864 for such a great experience. My mother and I truly enjoyed our stay here. We hope to come back very very soon again with our whole family. Thank you making our trip so memorable.
