The experience was not at all as it is shown in picture. One thing is sure you will dind that service is very poor and tge staff keep themselves busy don't know where they are engaged but seems busy. Okay okay kind of experience

Rubbish place, shady location. Dirty ambiance, rooms were stinking. Had booked it via OYO call center(later cancelled) and they said it's their Flagship hotel, asked them to give the best OYO in Ranchi and it turned out to be disgusting. Please be careful as the photos are misleading. If flagships are like this them m sure to not stay in or thing about OYO

Well this OYO is one if those which makes the customer feel sorry for booking this Hotel. I thought of mentioning it in the OYO's booking review too but then the Guy at the Reception took my phone and gave the Hotel for a 5 🌟 himself. This is how this Hotel has more than 4 ratings in OYO App. Well moving ahead with Pros - See I didn't find any positives about this place. Cons: - Place isn't visible from road, the banners and boards infront of hotel or on road are damaged, so if someday they get totally ripped off you won't be able to identify wether it is a hotel or a Residential Apartment because this Hotel is attached to a Residential Apartment and both looks same from outside. - Rooms are NOT AT ALL SIMILAR to what they are shown in OYO Apps, so don't go for those bright photos. This was my biggest disappointment after I entered the room. - Dirty and Dark lobby. Plates, room service items throughout the lobby. - Fans weren't working, TV wasn't recharged. I complained at the Reception to the same guy who gives review from customer's phone himself. He said he will look into it but guess what no one showed up. - Room Service Phone is one way. They can call you but you can't. Amazing. I had to go downstairs to complain about the Fan and TV not working as the Phone wasn't working. Even for giving order for food I had to go down. - Dirty and Pale Yellow Towel & Pillows. - Lift is too small, I don't think more than 3 people can fit into it. So even if I mention that it has a wheelchair access then the person on wheelchair will fit alone in Lift and the other person will have to go through stairs to get him out of the lift. - Fod was also pathetic ** All together I won't recommend booking this hotel. **

Very bad service , rooms available on quite cheap rate but that's not worth it, I never recommend to anyone to stay there during winter, no room heater provided, no electric kettle, even there were no single door mate inside room , we stayed there 3nights and 2days but , neither of them were came to cleaNing or moping rooms

good place to spend weekend with your loved ones , hotel room was good , washroom was clean , queen size bed , ac , fan , geyser were present . Door locks of both room and washroom was not working properly . in house restaurant is present , food was good but bit overpriced . chicken lollipop[good] 6pc for 190 , chicken biryani[not good] (extra charge for raita) for 180 , masala papad[good](small size) for 60 . hotel staff was well trained and customer freindly .

Bedsheets not so clean as expected, reception person was not co-operative, restaurant services ok but late services, washroom was not properly clean as expected from a flagship of oyo. In total ok not good

The room was pretty shabby. I have stayed in other oyo flagship properties and in comparison to them, this property was no where near that. The TV had no subscription of channels and only few free channels were available. On the positive end, the staff was very good and the food was at par.

Good and reasonable place. Staff are very trained and kind and responsive. But dont expect wifi connectivity. Network is also weak in room. And more important carry cash for food order. You have to pay for very meal instantly.

Rooms are ok but are full of small cockroaches. Lift works but the digital meter doesn't. Biggest of all this is the only OYO where outside food is not allowed and their own service is not up to the mark.

The location is okay.. But the service is not good. I literally had to wait for 1hr to get a bottle of drinking water.. And even the linen was dirty.. If you want a peaceful stay then don't go for it. Otherwise economicly it's okay

Stayed next to this hotel and someone slammed the elevator doors heavily at midnight and/or left the elevator doors open which caused the alarm in the elevator to beep the entire night which made me having trouble sleeping
