Not satisfied with their service. They prepare a huge bill and at the end leave an unsatisfied coustomer behind. In my case, it was thorough service of my car but after 30 days post service, car's AC was not working, water filter found faulty, and timing belt was completely worn-out. Kindly work on service and customer satisfaction.

The experience that I have here , is outstanding. All Credit goes to Mr Dinesh Rana. Everything was done online . Today as soon as we reached here , our car was almost ready to be delivered.There is No where that I have visited have this kind of reception we have got. Each and every one look after each n every customer that visits here thoroughly. Be it water , snacks (this is no where else ), coffee etc..without second thought they entertain you so humbly God bless All the employees here.

Very bad customer care executives calling repeatedly for car service and also sending fake messages that my service is scheduled without any bookings done by me. I have told multiple times for removing my phone number from calling lists for reminders but the idiots are not able to understand my request.

I got my new Brezza today from Premsons motor .I had a wonderful purchase experience from here .And the entire credit for this would go to Mr Anjan Kumar who eased my journy from booking to delivery .He promised me to deliver vxi model by 11August .But fer day after booking I request him for ZXI model which at very short notice was delivered to me .Mr Anjan Kumar ensured that the car is delivered on promised dat even after changing the model at last minute . I hope to have same after sales experience as well . Although all the staff were good but try to connect with Mr Anjan if you choose premsons motor (kanke) Thankyou !!!!:)

The worst showroom in india.isse acha gali ka mistri hai.the management is cheap nd the saff members behaviour is not good.

Very bad experience. They are not responding well to customer queries. Not attending phone call at times of customers. Giving false information. When I complained about this to them and told them that I am not going to give gud reviews they said give bad reviews. We don't have problem. Instead of improving they are showing arrogance. Hopeless employees nor customer orientation neither customer satisfaction. Never visit this showroom. Premsons motors either remove your employees and hire some polite individuals or get them properly trained in customer management section or else keep on loosing valuable customers.
