Rooms sizes are very small. Compared to room size, the per night cost is high. Bathrooms were not clean. The sitting cover of western toilets was broken. Blankets are very dirty. Seems they never wash the blanket. Window slides are not closing properly. Only main advantage is Location is near to railway station, hardly 300-400 mtr away from the railway station. 24 hours check in facility is there. But they are not allowing not a single minute more after 24 hours. They will remind you in every 5 mins before 30 mins of check out which I felt very irritating.

Worst staff behavior I have ever seen. Washroom was not clean, we had to wait for 30 minutes after entering room to freshen up. They do not have hot water facility, when asked he made fun of us asking if we take shower in summer with hot water. Who is he to decide which water my family is comfortable to take shower with. They have thick smelly blankets in room in summer and he laughs at us for asking hot water to shower. When he gave hot water waiting for 2 long hours which was " just not cold water", he cut down the AC saying he can not provide both. He never mentioned that while asking for hot water. Lair and fraud, staff does not stand by their words after booking the room. They behave rudely and argue saying that they informed everything before entering. There are better rooms surrounding, please do not book this place, they lack hospitality. Places and people like you make it a worst experience for visitors coming to Ranchi.

Toilet was not clean and they told that it will only be clean after 10 am. Worst hotel to stay in Ranchi at the price of Rs 1500/- for one day. TV was not working properly. Only a few idiotic channels are being shown which have no content. Blankets were smelly and with stains. Only good thing is it's proximity to Ranchi railway station.

One of the best hotels in ranchi. Rates are low, facilities are more. Safe while taking ur gf, even wid local id. Well behaved staffs. N good food.

This hotel is totally heinous. They are cheater, bandits. The room was supposed to leave at 6:15am, but took a full day's rent to leave at 7:35am They completely robbed.

Not a very nice experience. The in house food is disgusting and overpriced. They don't know how to cook. The bed mattress is shifty. The sheets are not replaced daily. Insects in the room. The elevator / lift has a shrill whistle whenever the door is opened even in the middle of the night. Enough to wake the dead. Bearable at most in times of extreme crisis.

Worst hotel. Staff behaviour is very bad. During any big festival & cricket match in ranchi they have havit to not permitting check in for online booking from oyo or make my trip. So that they can do extra profit on those day. Guest has to return from that hotel.

Faced a really bad experience, parking issue is a huge problem and the service was pathetic. Elevator too has a bad hold tone which echoes all the way to the room. Concession is a joke and they charge a bomb for the room they have to offer.

Probably the worst hotel in Ranchi city. The hotel owner is a fraudster and the hotel staff is very bad. There is no exact check-in or check-out time mentioned at the hotel desk. If the hotel's check-out is thirty minutes late then the hotel owner charges a full day's rent, it's so rude. The hotel is not safe to take the family because the staff knocks all time on the door of the hotel room. Unmarried boys and girls travel all time freely in the hotel.

Worst hotel, I ever seen, if you booked by OYO, then you will lose your money. While this hotel is with OYO, you can see it in front of hotel board.

Worst hotel, don't go for good rating. The hotel is just Frauding customer in the name of Deluxe rooms. The room size will be50sqfeet but they are showing 120sqft. There is no hot water service. In the name of free breakfast they are providing 2idlis. Waiter will expect tip for any service. Complete no no Total thums down from my side.

Good for short business trip, just for lodging, though they arrange localy available food if ordered, best to check in after 10am as cleaning happens during that time, rooms are economical and spacious with lot of storage space, if pressed they offer some instant discount as well, GST bills are also available, toilet ok type, AC works fine .. good in this budget

Guys B careful. This hotel don't accept online booking with low price. I am one of the victim. The hotel manager clearly said that they will not provide the room, talk to the site.. I would suggest not to book this hotel online...

Worst hotel I have ever been.. They always beg for money from the customer each day they also humiliate the customer for not paying money each day as there is a pocily that after checking out all bills are paid in every hotel. They don't have any facilities neither good rooms not good food, rooms where very cheap and dirty it's was just disgusting.
