I'll start with the reception, very racist. Because I've got a syrian accent he straight away said we have no rooms, I said not for tonight he said we don't have any vacancy. I asked about the rates he said 65 USD is the cheapest. The only reason I went to see them is because online you can book from any of the websites for 42 USD. I even put in the search that we are 5 people and need 4 rooms and bookings were showing available (even tonight) The location isn't bad but it looks nothing like the pictures, at one point we were going to walk back as we thought we went down the wrong road. The valet gentleman was moving cars around but was looking as if he came out of a fight. He is the first person you see when walking into a hotel, you don't expect to be greeted by someone that is fuming and unhappy. The only reason am writing this long review is because they really annoyed me and I don't wish them well.

Prob one the worst hotels I've ever been to, missleading as well. I was suppose to stay here for a month back in 2017, stayed a few days and left, 1st night there i woke up in pain from insect or spider bites. They claim to have a gym, however it does not belong to them and they charge a lot to use it, on top of it, the gym is opened at odd hours, different hours for men amd women...so I could not even workout with your wife...no restraunt no room service. The room itself is very old and not kept at all, all the towels are about 10 years old and paper thin. Staff was friendly though. Would not recommend anyone staying here unless its the last resort.

The staff are Great, very friendly, very helpful and immediately make you feel at home. Hotel is under partial renovation some rooms/suites are refurbished and others are older in condition. Great value. I Have changed 3 rooms due to booking arrangements. All rooms were comfortable in good/acceptable condition. All rooms were self catered with cooking facilities. Cooker, microwave, kettle, glassware and tableware. Any complaints/maintenance/cleaning services/internet issues were attended to immediately. The hotel is very private, very quiet in a great location. Highly recommended. Thank you 🙏🏻

A quiet and lovely hotel, unique location between Hamra street, Bliss street and Seaside. Rooms are equipped for long stayers especially for university students. The hotel is so close to the American University of Beirut so it is a perfect location for visitorts and students of the university. The rooms (and the area) are so quiet and nice and well maintained, the staff is friendly and the roof restaurant is amazing. Defenitly recommended.

We stayed at bliss 3000 in july and we had a great stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The amazing receptionist, May, arranged us a tour of Beirut and a taxi to the airport for a great price. Both drivers were polite and kind. I visited Beirut to take an exam and one of the great receptionists, Samir, allowed me to use their computer for preparation. We also asked for a lamp which was immediately provided for us. The hotel is also close to Hamra street and the American university of Beirut which was a plus.

We stayed 3 weeks in this hotel. We loved our stay in this place: staff is very friendly, breakfast is good (lebanese and european style), rooms are large. Our only concern during this 3 weeks was the internet connection. It's slow (40-50ko/s) and shared among all customers. It's enough for send photos to your social medias, but not enough to watch a Youtube Video with a good quality. I think it's the same situation in all hotels. Definitely, we'll take this hotel on our next trip to Beirut. For information, there is a laundry service: you fill a bag with your clothes and they wash it for 10$.

Very good located. Shops, restaurants and bars close by. Even the down town area is in walking distance. The hotel in general needs a little make over.

First of all the pictures are completely opposite the reality. The rooms & furniture are very old , the bathroom is awful, the kitchenette electrical stove are rusty even the Kettle. Night Shift Reception is soooo Rude The Hotel Policy for cutting OFF the cost effects on the clients comfort staying. When you ask guests to pay extra for the regular services & then you don’t provide the minimum of those services, definitely the guests will leave the hotel with no return. If you have a long stay, their policy is to change Bedding linen once to twice a week. They shut off the hot water in a way of cutting OFF the cost until you complain. The INTERNET is sooo weak until Mr. Nabil talk to them then you will be upgraded to the premium network.

I was a student at AUB and spent 2 years in Bliss 3000. I had a great experience with the room, the service, and the amazing staff. I highly recommend this place for short stays as well as for university students since it is in a great location (2 minute walk to AUB) with 24/7 electricity and it has parking which is very helpful since the area can get very congested and finding a parking space can be quite difficult.
