i have stay for a few days with my love at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly at reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful ms.Sara She always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go erbil Will be back to this place soon..!!

This is an excellent hotel with a fabulous customer service. We’ve stayed here for a few days, in a clean and tidy suite, spacious and quiet. I came here for a special World Cup match event and I do not recommend eating here. The atmosphere was okay and well-put together, but the food was straight up not good. The quesadilla was missing - wait for it - cheese. Maybe I should not have expected an authentic quesadilla but cheese is literally in the name. Beyond the lack of cheese, it just was not a good meal.

It was an amazing stay. Everything was excellent specially the staff and the taxi service. They were wonderful and very caring. The room were clean and very comfortable. All the restaurants were delicious. I highly recommend.

As a Rotana colleague who came from another property, i got a very good treat, the staff behaviour was great, i really felt like a special guest, starting from the receptionist staff Ghazal, Salah, Alvera, and the guy with the eyeglasses, Ahmed! They were very fixable, then the hostess at the Flavour and Basilico they were very kind to us, and the pizza chef who prepared to me the best Seafood pizza ever.. Again thank you for always giving us a vibes like we travelled for another country.

This is the only hotel I can remember that I definitely did not get what I paid for. The furniture, carpet and bathroom of the rooms are old. The staff is absolutely unprofessional. I have to wait for minutes when checking in and out and asking to get an invoice. The only positive thing in the hotel is the guest relations staff. But after having mant problems, it is not logical to try to fix it by this department. My definitive comment is that I will not stay in this hotel anymore. For this money there are much better options to stay in Erbil. Ilker

I went there for an event, so I will be reviewing the restaurant and the halls. The place was very well put and organized, the halls are well equipped and spacious for a variety of events and celebrations. The lunch was an open buffet so it was like all you can eat. The buffet had many options for different diets and also had options for vegan and vegetarians. the place was ver clean as well as the bathrooms and the working staff was very friendly.

My colleague and I have stayed in the hotel for a week. Service was impeccable. Staff was very friendly, service oriented and correct. All seemed to enjoy working for the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Taxi service as well. Very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel.

Rotana Hotel Erbil is a very luxury hotel in Iraq and let us say by my opinion it is the best in the country. the staff is professional, the rooms are clean and big and the hotel itself is well secured.

I always trust Rotana hotels , and Thai one of them. Breakfast was good and reflect the city culture which I appreciate. Front desk manager was very helpful . Only I would suggest them to renovate the rooms . But overall experience is good and I’ll come back . Attached the view from my room . Astonishing.

To Rotana's Management. For your consideration. For all guests. Please read carefully. I am a frequent guest at the Rotana Hotel. If you are going to stay in rotona DO NOT book your pool side view room. I'm struggling to get a proper sleep right now with extremely loud noises coming from the poolside bar. I wish they had at least proper sound insulation and volume down..

Our visit was for 6 days/5 nights with my colleague to Erbil, and we stayed at this hotel. Once arrived, we were immediately welcomed by Ms. Sarah who is very welcoming and friendly. The reception staff is so nice and helpful from Sarah to Ghazal, to Youssef, Tareq and Ahamd, and finally Ms. Rayane. All the team was very friendly and extremely professional. Always greeting us and asking us for help. The breakfasts was very rich and varied. The room was spacious, clean and safe. highly recommended to all the people who want to stay in erbil for some days.!!! Will be back soon. Excellent experience!

Very good hotel in the center of Erbil with absolutely fantastic view over the pool and with high quality facilities inside rooms and all other applications and very friendly and professional hospitality they’re incredible and helpful and cooperative once you ask you get what you need in less than five minutes I really love it and for sure will visit them more and more in sha Allah just for leisure this time was for a business but next time will be during holidays I gave them 5 stars but they deserve more Highly recommended for All to try the luxury stay in Erbil Rotana Thank you to All the staff

Perfect 5 stars hotel 1 minute walk from Park Sami. Great pool and gym, 2 bars, 1 Lebanese Restaurant and 1 Italian restaurant. Amazing spa. Rooms are spacious with great views, and the staff is very welcoming.

I was there for an event not staying there the service and location is good, specially the location i really liked it, but the food was very boring and meh for a hotel at this level the food should have been mind blowing but it was Meh 😕.

One of the fake 5 stars hotels in Erbil The K9 and check point were rude and chaotic The reception desk was lost There was no parking space! Very small garage and no guidance, the vallet were just looking at us Ridiculously high prices for everything, bottle of water small size was 5 bucks and from there you go.. I won't Visit and don't recommend anyone to come as there are a lot of better options at this price point
