Good and cost efficient

I brought an emergency patient today at 8:45 but came to know their is no doctor available. The night doctor left at 8 am and morning doctor came at 9 am so there is a one hour break and It is their usual practice so don't bring any emergency patient during this period. 4 star giving for the doctor good behavior and proper asking from the patient. Nice personality. But there should be availability for 24 hours.

Nice staff

This hospital should be sealed. Last night at 8pm, I took my wife in emergency of this hospital and there was no doctor to attend our emergency case. There was no doctor and no administration in the entire hospital. We paid 2000 to 6000 every month during the past 9 months, which includes checkup fees + test fees + admit card fees + medicines + services tax. I have complete case files and documentation of 9 months. After all this, upon requesting for a doctor, the administration replied "Aap government hospital ley jayen udher achi nursery and doctors available hain." I requested the nurse to call our consultant, she said she does not come for emergency cases. The sad part is that while taking money in their pockets, they said the hospital provides 24/7 services. Anyways, I called the administrator - they didn't attend the call. Then, I called on the complaint number, there are no doctors available for emergency and tried to convince me to go to a government hospital. Upon frequent requests, finally after 2 hours a doctor came in and without proper examination she asked for immediate operation. Why she asked for immediate operation? Because they wanted to exploit the situation and get money in their pockets. This hospital should be called a pathetic "clinic". They play with the lives of innocent desperate people in need. I took my wife out of this stupid place, and now after 18 hours she is still Alhamdulillah fine. It's a public welfare message - stay away from this hospital if you love your family.
