Super experience… Very friendly atmosphere, under corona situation works really well and super restaurant with really nice food. Room service was really well thought under present situation. Highly Recommended place to stay.

It was a great spot. Super secluded & with good staff. The only thing against it was the room was super hot & the breakfast was average..

Good breakfast, but the service is so so. Arrived on a Sunday evening, my work colleague had a reservation, but I forgot to confirm. When I arrived there was nobody who could help me get a room. The ladies from the restaurant who were there said they could do nothing, although the next day they checked me in? We resolved I would sleep with my work colleague as she had booked a king sized bedroom, however when we opened the room, it was a 90 cm bed! This hotel is in the outskirts of rastede, no hotels around were open, not even in Oldenburg and also no taxis. In the end, after calling 6 hotels and 6 taxi services I managed to get a room in Oödenburg around midnight. Sadly bad experience and Customer Service, but at least the breakfast was good. Management, please let the restaurant support do check ins after 20pm, your competitive advantage and customer service will increase incredibly.

Only issue is single duvet.
