We booked 7 rooms for a big family weekend away. We entered one of the 7 rooms and found that the room was occupied by other people. Luckily the guests in that room were out as we only found their stuff all over the room. Otherwise it would have been awkward to enter someone else’s room. This is extremely unacceptable!!! We informed a female front office staff that she gave us the room that has been taken and she simply said sorry, that’s it. I said it was extremely unacceptable and I felt unsafe to stay in the hotel. The front office staff didn’t say anything as if it was a NORMAL mistake to happen. The hotel atmosphere was nice and the room was very good for the price. However, cleanliness needed to be improved as we found a dead fly on the floor in our room and quite several hair from previous guests on a desk and bathroom. We felt the floor was dirty as our feet became a little dirty walking around our room. So we decided to mop the floor using bath mat and a little bit of water. The bath mat became very dirty. It was such ashamed as the hotel looked nice and pleasant overall.

If you travel to Ratchaburi, you should stay at the Na vela hotel at least once. 🧡 Good service and peaceful Yummy with breakfast In addition, a seminar room can be reserved. 🧡

Just an average, unassuming and boring hotel. Nothing interesting or outstanding. The usual forgetable 4 star hotel that is available in every town or city in the world.

The hotel is a great hideout from the city. Quiet, beautiful and natural. Food is great, service is great, view is great. Only downside is the room. It is confort able, but not really 4 stars if you ask me. Good to have family gathering here during weekends with live band and great food.

Good place for relaxing from big city. Location is not far from BKK and easy going. They have a good service, very clean, and more space of car park. You can book the room including a breakfast, food are good too.

A haven after a long drive. Pool Cocktails and lovely rooms. The food was not that good and we were the only ones there in the restaurant. Scenery great overlooking rice fields.

Lovely design hotel with a good service. Location : By pass road, might need to have a car. Room : Lovely designed, large room size. All basic amenities provided. Love the smell of shower cream (like a peppermints). Value for money (1,500Thb/nigth or 50$US/night included breakfast) Swimming pool open 08:00-22:00 , salt water swimming pool with a design of Khu bua textile. Breakfast provided assorted food, both thai and western. Check in / Check out : nice decoration near the lobby, good service during c/in or c/out Parking : plenty space provided.

Great place to stay with own transprtation.

Good location if you need to stop while heading south. Far frim the city and convenience store so be prepared. Large room but the bed is a bit too stiff. Room is not 100% sound proof but not that bad. Restaurant was nice also as the pool bar. Breakfast is ok. Swimming pool is available. Friendly staff.

Very good room with plenty of space and good hot shower. Great pool and delicious restaurant. Amazing buffet breakfast.

Some menu won't be available towards the afternoon but yum, still. Spacious and clean, too.
