Great place! There is a convenience store at the bottom floor, room service and also a laundry service. The staff are warm and very helpful. The convience store is very very convenient because you can just take the elevator down at 9pm and grab a snack or drink. The location is awesome too! Within ten minute walk to the other end of the road, there are many local restaurants and street food stalls. There is also a nearby coworking space called VichSpace that is a ten minute walk away too!

This place is great for people who don't mind being away from the main tourist areas of Bangkok. We paid $28 for a standard room, with a queen bed and single bed. However the queen bed looks like a King sized bed. The rooms are large, very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The standard room comes with a safe (that is actually attached to the cupboard), cupboard for clothes, small couch and table, television, small fridge, basic cutlery for drinks and coffee, and a stainless steel kettle for making coffee. The bathroom is also quite large and the water pressure is excellent. There is also a balcony with a table and chair for smokers. Downstairs there is a restaurant which is open from 3pm until 11pm. If you're feeling like a couch potato and can't be bothered to take 20 steps to the restaurant, you can also order room service; they deliver straight to your room on plates or bowls (not in plastic bags -phew!) Another great thing about this place is the convenient store on the bottom level. Literally, as you walk out of the elevator on level 1, you have the convenience of everything a 711 would provide. Unfortunately they have very delicious red bean cakes, you have been warned! One last thing, we were pretty impressed with the outdoor area downstairs, there are ample sheltered tables and chairs in a garden area. Again if you're someone who smokes or likes to spend time outdoors eating breakfast lunch or dinner, that is an option. We will definitely be coming back here.

Affordable rates. Kind staff. Delicious food and free room service:) Clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast with tons of food! Cleaning lady comes by every day. Leaves you 2 free water bottles every day. Enjoyed my experience and highly recommend.

Good hotel with friendly staff they offer you a good quality service with free breakfast but if you book online else they will charge you 100 bhats per day. But this place is a bit far from main attraction in bangkok but yes secluded from traffic and noises so you can relax here but no swimming pool even they offer you a 24x7 shop named as 108 mini which offer you food and beers 24x7 or any liquor which is available in store just name it.

Location is close to main road with ample amount of parking but is far from the city center.. Breakfast spread is nice and rooms are clean. Staff is very professional and help you with things required.

Nice hotel with beautiful landscape and design... Friendly cleaner staff... Nice & clean room.. Have convinience store beside it and 7Eleven in walking distance... Would have been more great if they provide iron for clothes but they do have laundry & iron service.. just need to ask the staff & pay more

Spotlessly clean hotel with many friendly staff, and a decent breakfast too (included in the price). It is a bit out of the city centre and there isn't much to do in the area, but this isn't really an issue as transport in Bangkok is pretty accessible. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable (can't ask for much more really). There is also a store, in the hotel itself, that has groceries, snacks etc., like a little 7/11. All in all, a lovely place to stay for an affordable price.

5 stars because of value. Super low price. Hotel feels old and it’s not luxury but everything is clean, service is good, there’s an attached convenience store and very low cost restaurant with good food. Reasonable walk to Si Kritha station on the MRT Yellow Line. Transit to central Bangkok is not simple but Grab rides are not expensive. Not many English speakers in this part of Bangkok.
