Hopeless
Pathetic
and
worst
service
from
Travel2Agent
We
had
recently
completed
trip
to
Singapore
and
Malaysia
with
travel2
agent
India.
We
had
worst
trip
ever.
I
don’t
know
how
they
call
themselves
travel
agent
if
they
can’t
even
book
hotels
and
entry
tickets
according
to
itinerary.
Now
am
thinking
why
should
I
hire
an
agent
if
am
doing
their
job
after
reaching
destination.
Here
are
some
of
issue
I
faced
-
The
so
called
point
of
contact
in
Singapore,
Mr
Taifiq
is
very
irresponsible,
rude
and
negligent.
They
failed
to
pick
us
from
airport
the
very
first
day
we
reached
Singapore.
I
have
already
informed
timings
we
are
reaching
and
our
tickets
many
times
still
they
did
not
show-up.
We
had
to
arrange
a
cab
ourselves
to
hotel.
We
landed
at
Singapore
around
5
am
and
we
got
the
message
from
Taifiq
at
around
9
am
carelessly
“Hi
boss”.
They
have
agreed
to
reimburse
the
amount
we
paid
to
cab
still
after
9
days
they
have
not
reimbursed
that
amount.
-
Rude
behavior
of
our
Singapore
POC
Mr
Taifiq
while
coordination
-
Entrance
tickets
to
sea
aquarium
were
booked
for
next
day
rather
than
the
one
specified
in
itinerary.
We
got
the
ticket
from
Amit
after
waiting
in
front
of
sea
aquarium
for
about
45
mins
and
that
too
ticket
is
for
next
day.
To
get
it
changed
we
had
to
go
through
the
entire
queue
again
and
from
the
counter
we
got
it
changed.
-
After
all
these
when
we
reached
Malaysia,
they
have
booked
hotels
on
3-6
November
instead
of
3-6
Dec.
again
we
had
to
spend
more
than
2
hours
hrs.
at
lobby
just
to
checking
in
while
they
deal
with
hotel.
They
have
to
again
book
for
the
correct
days.
We
booked
for
room
with
extra
bed(which
is
possible
on
deluxe
category)
but
as
deluxe
was
not
available
we
had
to
settle
down
for
superior
room
that
too
without
extra
bed
but.On
request
of
Mr
Amit,
hotel
allowed
check
in
for
one
room
and
hold
other
one
room
as
payment
was
not
made
as
they
have
to
follow
some
procedures
which
is
understandable.
As
we
were
very
tired,
we
told
our
agent
that
we
will
pay
from
our
end
and
later
they
can
payback.
It
took
two
days
for
them
to
pay
back
that
too
after
several
reminders
from
my
end
in
between
my
vacation.
What
they
informed
is
account
team
won’t
be
working
on
weekend
that
is
why
it
got
delayed.
I
wondered
if
we
had
not
paid
from
our
end
the
first
day,
they
would
never
have
made
payment
for
two
days
and
we
would
be
forced
to
spend
two
days
cramped
inside
one
room.
After
the
trip
difference
amount
got
refunded
on
request.
-
Cab
provided
in
Malaysia
was
pretty
old
and
not
at
all
comfortable.
We
could
hear
lot
of
noise
from
backside
and
ride
was
very
jerky.
-
In
quote
they
have
included
half
day
city
tour.
But
it
actually
includes
3-4
places.
There
are
lot
many
places
in
Malaysia
which
we
had
to
pay
extra
(250
RM,
Malaysian
currency)
to
driver
to
get
there.
They
have
just
kept
city
tour
for
the
name-sake
but
they
are
not
showing
most
of
the
major
attraction.
They
could
have
added
more
places
as
entry
tickets
were
not
included
anywhere
in
Malaysia
rather
than
just
for
name-sake
showing
bits
and
pieces.
Apparently,
we
visit
these
places
not
so
frequently
so
they
could
have
planned
much
better.
Only
positive
feedback
that
I
can
think
of
is
the
coordination
of
our
Indian
agent
Mr
Amit.
He
was
coordinating
with
me
to
resolve
all
these
issues
even
during
weekends
and
outside
his
working
hours.
I
really
appreciate
it.
I
actually
don’t
want
to
give
any
star
but
am
giving
one
star
only
because
of
Amit.
Hats
off
to
him
for
his
excellent
support.
Else
they
don’t
deserve
even
a
star.
But
vacation
is
all
about
experience
and
they
really
failed
to
give
us
a
good
experience.
Thanks
for
making
our
trip
a
night
mare.
