We were given 4 bed (2 doubles) room in 4th floor for our 2 nights family stay. To get to our room in a lift you must to use physical metal key (given together with room key) but reception never bothered to tell us what extra key is for... otherwise lift will get you to second floor only, as there is no button to press for 4th floor. Very weird... in room there is a safe which we would like to use it but... door of the safe was left open but in "locked" position , so can not use it, as somebody "locked" the safe with doors open, and to "unlock it " need master pasword or whatever reset code. But in reception we were told there is nobody to do this. So safe in room but can not use it. And this is 4 star hotel ? Really?? Whats the purpose of the safe then ? In room two tv's one of them is unpluged from power socket and imposiible to use it as power socked for tv is behind built in fridge so impossible to plug in (as somebody pulled power cord out) Car park is small and always was full in our stay. There should be another car park to use with "coin" from reception, like 20 years ago :) Reception barely speak english. Free wifi in hotel works ok. Breakfast was ok with juices, coffe , tea, only wegetables were cucumber and tomato. Some fruits, owerall not too bad breakfast. Waiters were polite in restaurant. Location is ok. Aldi and Netto about 5 - 7 min walk. Doors in hotel still with metal keys, so must be old hotel without bothering to upgrade to todays standarts. Room was clean and furniture ok not too shaby. Overall 3 star max

Rooms are a little tired and they still use keys for the doors!! However, what makes this a great stay is the great staff are the food is incredible, especially the bar meals in the evening with a beer and perfect ambience. That alone is worthy of 5 stars!!!

The room is standard clean, but the tub drainage is rusty, which I had a problem with. Maybe this is an aged hotel, and overall is a fine stay. This hotel is quite near the airport but excellent location between duisburg and dusseldorf. If you cannot stand some planes flying over at night or early morning then this is not a stay for you

Can't thank these guys enough right from the start the staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and courteous, they also serve a very good breakfast selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend this hotel, the location is pretty good too, there's shops and amenities down the road.

Terrible parking, the nextdoor hotel seems to be closed, but their parking area is of limits, despite being huge and empty. Why has no deal been done With Them regarding parking.

Hotel setting is nice. I don't believe this is a traditional 4 start hotel. Average room and average restaurant. Nothing bad just more like a 3 star hotel.

Staff are really friendly, some of the rooms smell like sewage for some reason as I've stayed in a few. If you like firm beds this is the place for you. They dont use key cards, instead you have an old fashioned key which I find annoying. Convenient for most business people as right next to alot of business. Cleaning was done to a high standard. If it wasnt for the staff the hotel would get 3 stars, so kudos to the staff and cleaners.

Very nice hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms... I also got to try the breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel and I have to say it was really really good and delicious. Also, the personnel was very friendly, cooperative and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a business meeting somewhere close. Oh and don't forget to check out the bar ;-)

Lobby is full of loud music at night time. Room was clean but nothing in mini bar so you need to visit front desk to buy even water. Staffs are friendly.

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever been in my life. Rooms have no AC or cooling device, which means the room is around 30 degrees at the time of writing this message and spending the night is an absolute unpleasant experience. For a price of 87€/night (incl breakfast) it's totally unacceptable to suffer that amount of heat in the room, and without any way to cool down, not even a damn fan on the room.

Worst internet ever. Even mobile phone internet works very badly so it is in a very bad coverage place. The hotel needs desperately an update as well as it feels old in not a good way. My room was also not very fresh smelling. Dinner was very bland. Good the German beer was still ok.

Stunning Hotel very clean with great food and accommodation at a reasonable price too, very helpful and polite staff. Only minutes away from the airport but yet cannot hear the planes once inside the hotel or your room, close to a nice market and supermarket and also a bank and takeaways. Stunning country I would defiantly recommend this Hotel and Germany in general as a place to visit or even live.

Nice room friendly staff, nice gym and spa, my room had a modern updated bathroom... would stay more often but the Wi-fi is too slow!! And when you want to work or more important watch a bit of Netflix... that’s a problem!

Sent to this hotel by airline agents when our flight was cancelled at short notice. Staff caught off guard by large number of unexpected guests late in the evening, but reception, bar and kitchen coped with a smile. Room and bathroom were clean. Typical, no-frills, airport hotel

Flight delayed, airline company paid, only spent a couple of hours in my room. So I have no idea if it was value for "my" money. But the barkeeper(s) were friendly, fun and professional. Made me forget about the whole airline disaster. Thanks guys, and keep up the good work!
