We
chose
to
stay
at
Korsiri
Villas
for
3
nights
after
reading
all
very
good
reviews.
We
don't
know
if
something
changed
since
but
we
didn't
have
the
same
feeling
about
this
place.
Villas
are
nice
and
confortable
and
really
nested
in
the
forest
facing
Chalong
Bay.
When
we
arrive,
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
didn't
welcome
us
like
we
expected.
First
of
all,
she
does
not
speak
enough
English
to
understand
and
to
be
understood.
Unhappilly
it's
the
same
for
the
rest
of
the
staff.
That's
the
main
problem,
communication.
Apparently
managment
is
awful,
the
boss
wasn't
here
and
we
think
he
does
not
care
about
his
business.
Since
the
resort
is
built
on
hill,
the
path
to
go
on
villas
is
very
steep.
A
vehicle
tuktuk
like
will
bring
you
to
your
accommodation.
We
had
the
A5
villa
wich
is
surrounded
by
trees
and
plants
with
no
view
(we
asked
for
that),
we
wanted
to
be
in
the
jungle.
Great!
Noises
from
the
forest
could
be
amazing
for
some
people
but
it's
a
very
strong
noise
from
insects,
a
little
bit
embarrassing
after
a
while.
However
we
didn't
see
so
many
bugs,
even
less
than
our
previous
hotel
near
the
beach
at
Rawai.
Just
be
careful
not
to
leave
food
outside,
wich
would
attract
ants.
The
private
pool
is
nice
(about
6
x
3
meter)
but,
the
water's
temperature
was
low,
very
low.
We
couldn't
swim
more
than
5
minutes
(sea
temperatue
is
about
30-32
degrees).
Villas
with
a
view
got
more
sun
so
the
pool's
water
should
be
warmer...
maybe
The
villa
wasn't
clean
perfectly,
it
was
ok
but
nothing
more.
We
found
handprints
on
all
over
the
windows,
there
was
dust
around
the
bed...
The
matress
is
hard,
no
bed
base.
There
are
several
sliding
glassed
doors
but,
impossible
to
lock
them.
We
ask
about
that,
they
repaired
the
day
after.
We
slept
one
night
with
unlocked
doors.
Sliding
doors
with
mosquito
net
don't
close
effectively,
there
are
gaps.
They
will
give
you
mosquito
spray.
On
the
directory
in
the
room
there
mistakes.
Menu
is
outdated,
same
for
de
wifi
password.
I
tried
for
15
minutes
to
get
connected
on
my
phone
and
tablet
but
it
wasn't
working.
In
fact
internet
password
changed
but
they
didn't
write
the
new
one.
Now
it's
written
on
the
key
ring,
nobody
told
us
(see
pics).
There
a
32'TV
in
the
master
bedroom
and
another
one
(26')
in
the
second
bedroom
but,
the
remote
control
was
not
working
on
some
keys
so
we
had
to
take
the
other
remote
to
have
(almost)
full
accès
to
the
TV.
At
the
restaurant,
wich
is
nice,
you
can
eat
in
or
out
with
nice
view
on
the
sea
or
forest.
When
we
ordered
we
have
had
each
time
something
missing
or
not
ordered.
Food
is
very
good.
On
our
first
bill
(for
the
lunch)
they
made
a
mistake
counting
8
beers
instead
of
4.
Be
careful.
One
day
they
had
only
2
beers
in
the
fridge,
2
for
all
customers!!!
Expresso
machine
was
broken
during
our
stay.
There
are
two
dogs
near
the
reception,
one
was
barking
at
me
(not
to
play!!!)
and
I
felt
affraid
of
it.
It's
true
they
are
very
nice
people,
smilling
like
usually
in
Thailand
but,
they
don't
know
nothing
about
hospitality.
The
last
day,
one
hour
before
departure,
we
had
no
water
anymore
in
the
villa.
My
wife
called
but
the
lady
didn't
even
understand
"there
no
more
water
in
the
bathroom".
The
same
girl
didn't
know
our
villa
number
after
3
days!!!
We
travelled
a
lot
in
our
life
(44
countries
visited
in
25
ans)
we
never
lived
that
(especialy
for
200$
per
night)
All
the
problems
are
the
responsability
of
the
owner
not
the
staff.
We
recommend
this
hotel
anyway
but
don't
ask
them
too
much.
