Food is good. But the service is super slow. Idk if they are lack of staff but you guys need to move a lot faster when your order is increasing. Their movement is very slowly . Apparently you work at FAST FOOD RESTAURANT so you have to move FAST . The staff also not really friendly. I guess they have to improve on how to treat and greet customer. Well atleast smile a bit .

Bought a few times here but this time, not sure if I’m unlucky or what, the staffs were busy talking and gathering at the kitchen while preparing for my order (not a very busy day) and guess what? The order was not complete when I left with 4/5 of my order. Guess I have to check the order every time then. Trust issue.

Bought 3 sets to take away & waited for 25minutes. End up all 3 sets no fries attached. Tried to call but nobody pick up the phone. Really disappointed

Went there to pack. Gotten 4 sets of meals supposedly with fries and drinks. On top of that, ordered two additional cheesy fries. Went for a walk and came back, collected and left. When i arrived home, noticed all the fries are missing. This is bad customer service and sloppy service. Judging from the comments here, this is quite common. Sorry, used to go there quite regularly to the tune of once or twice weekly, but will stop from now on. The waiting time is one thing, but leaving out a huge portion of orders really make me lost interest in BK.

Food ? Wat food ? No staff at counter even .. Then appear suddenly n disappear 🫠 As if just finished smoking . Ask him if can take order .. No answer .. I think he is dumb.. Well Burger King 👑 going down the drain soon ..

Had burgers there a few times, tastes better and wayyy cheaper than other fast food chain! Lots of lunch promotion going on from time to time. Grilled beef always tastes smoked and flavorful, it’s a shame that it’s not as popular.

Excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Lots of tables available at 8.30pm. Asked for all burgers to be cut in half as we wanted to share and they happily obliged. I made a mistake with my order and when I reaised it and brought it up to the cashier, she immediately stopped the order and refunded me for the mistake. Will definitely return.

1 of the slowest "fast" food service.. the food is fine, but the staff at the counter kept forgetting the order as you're telling him.. they need better training on the speed process If you're hungry and want food fast, this is not the place to go..

The environment is good, free wifi is also available. But the speed of services need to improve. Burgers quite delicious for me.

Ordered food in grab, delivery is good but the food preparation is very bad, cheesy fries not enough cheese at all. The burger was dry and to veggies.

Their burgers is so underrated. Now that i got bored with mcd burgers, i turned to burger king and i kinda love it! The burger looks so pretty and the bun itself is gorgeous! Taste wise is also nice!
