I went there on a Saturday. It was BUSY and they were just adding extra tables for people so it became very crowded. The service time was considerable and our fries were cold, I had a chicken light sandwich: the side salad looked very old and not fresh at all and the chicken was very sour. Very different from the jounieh branch !

We went for lunch with few kids ( there is a small playground next to it , weirdly expensive 7$ per kid / entrance ). The dynamite ships , Philly steak , Margherita pizza and the Caesar salad were ok . However the Mexican Pizza was less than average , it was nothing but a Margherita pizza with cayenne pepper 🌶️. The crispy chicken burger was too much crispy and needed more dynamite sauce . Price wise I found it way more expensive compared to other chain of restaurants serving similar dishes . In regards to the service , well you need to shout to the waiters for them to notice you , except for Rita who was responsive and very kind .

I went there, then i asked if this place is petfriendly they told me "YES SURE AHLA W SAHLA" , when i got in with my mom and my puppy , we sat in an OUTDOOR AREA . Few minutes later, one of the staff (i guess the manager) came and talked to us in a tough and very inappropriate way, and told us the dog cannot sit with us , and turned his face in the opposite way of the table knowing my dog is a teacup size very tiny and cannot reach the table . They would have told us from the beginning dogs are not welcomed! It was really a bad experience i would never recommend it! A big X cz respect comes 1st!

We went there on Wednesday night the place was so busy.. the food was horrible ..meat in the hamburger tasted more like kafta .. and crab salad was not fresh at all even the avocado was not ripe and very hard we couldn't eat it!!! Food quality and service is very bad!! That's not what we used to have at Provincial!!

The restaurant sits on the busy street of Rayfoun. It was very crowded. We ordered teriyaki chiken, chiken Alfredo, chiken balsamic salad and baked potato with cheese. The salad was good and the potato was okay. The sour cream was too sweet, apparently the chef was mistaken and used creme chantilly. We had to order the potato twice and I ordered a second chiken balsamic salad but it never arrived (although it was added to the bill). The staff were friendly, specially naming Jihane.

We had dinner at Peovincial Kleiat, the ambience is nice. The staff was very polite. As for the food, everything we had was good. The mozzarella sticks were average, the chicken and beef quesadillas were good. The chicken cafe de Paris was really good. The Shrimp Quinoa salad was good. The Chicken Alfredo was tasty.

We were on a road trip when we tried this “franchise” of Provincial. It sure felt different from my accustomed Kaslik branch. It didn’t feel as cozy but more exposed, outdoorsy. This means that if it’s too cold or too hot, you may not enjoy your visit. During my visit, it was hot but there were fans, not enough though for everybody. The tables were comfortable enough and the menu is the same great menu of any Provincial. The food was also of the same mark. There was a little hiccup in my friend’s salad where she received it without chicken at first. It was quickly fixed, however, we noticed one of them was raw. It was returned back by the manager who we saw oversaw the kitchen to make sure everything was in order. He apologized a tons and it did look like an exceptional unfortunate incident so I won’t account them for it. Customer service was okay although at the time, the restaurant was at 30% capacity.
