I’ve given 5+ chances and I’ve never gotten my food in less than 30 minutes. I ordered online to see if that helps. It’s currently an hour and a half since my order has been placed and it still hasn’t been completed.

I've rescinded my old review, which was 1. The new employees you have in here are excellent. Give them a raise now! It's been a rough go for me here.

Appallingly unacceptable!! This the second time I have been in this location. First time took over 45 minutes to complete 4 subs. Lasy personel. Second time started making subs before finding out No TOMATOES? Not to mention thier meats had nasty water in their containers. Who's the manager???

I love Subway, but this is the worst subway I've ever eaten at. If you order more than 2 subs. All of them are gonna be wrong. I have no idea how they see an online order and mess it up. Different bread, mixing up toppings, or making all the sandwiches incorrect. If you go to this Subway, remember the world's worst employees will make your food.

Everyone has their own experience but some people leaving bad reviews dont know what it's like to work at Subway and have too high of expectations. Both times I've been to this store I've had amazing service and amazing sandwiches. I've been served by two different guys they both hooked me and my kids up!

Subway is dead to me. I'm done with the app. I'm done with the stores. I'd rather cook at home and save myself the frustrations.

Subway is my favorite sub place, it’s supposed to be known as fresh n these last couple of times the food has jus looked bad.

I’ve visited for the last time. My first visit all the drinks in the drink machine were GROSS, so I got sweet tea which clearly had been sitting in that little container all day. When I asked in other drink options were available, the worker stated that was all they had. The lemonade was water. The Coke was pure syrup. The Sprite was water as well. Everything else was covered with “Out of Order.” My next visit my sandwich smelled funny. Perhaps the best way to describe it was like everything sat out all day.

Drive speaker doesn't work - drive up window doesn't work - employees won't bring orders outside for CURBSIDE PICK UP - does anything here work?

Drive through needs to open back up but other than that friendly staff

You have to be there at the right time with the right artist and it will be the best sub, In Missouri anyways. Salida, CO Subway is by far the best.

The speaker hasn't been working Ina week.The DT window does not open.

Love their app ordering and pickup. Make it very easy.

App would not let me check in, I waited in the only pick up spot for 18 min, then I called the store, no one answered. No customers in store or drive thru. I went to the window and knocked (I had a sleeping baby in the car seat). No one came for a few minutes, then, with no explanation or apology.

Got a great deal on my favorite Subway sandwich. Very tasty meal. Cookies were delicious too.

Wife got food poisoning from the garlic aoli sauce on her sandwich. No quality control with only one worker on site.

This place is the worst subway I have been to. Every order I have made there has been wrong. This would not be so bad but they are completely unwilling to make it right. Thoroughly disappointed with the quality compared to the other stores I have been a realular to in the past.
