My fiancé and I were assisted by Kaddi for the suit alterations for our wedding. It is safe to say that Kaddi went above and beyond all expectations. She gave excellent style tips, was enthusiastic and clearly cared about what she was doing. Having dealt with many sales people during our wedding planning, this is the happiest we walked away from a service! Anyone looking for great advice, with no strings attached, this is the person to go to!

Needed a new suit and after some research and internet browsing, I decided to get one from BOSS! I chose the Reading store, due to some good reviews and because I knew I'd need some tailoring done. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. While there I also got a new shirt (if getting a new suit, it's worth getting a new shirt to go with it). On pick up, I tried on the outfit and it was perfect! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!

I was very impressed when visited Hugo Boss store in Reading fir my first visit. The staff were amazing and helpful. I felt welcomed from the first minute. People will do an extra mile every time when you need a help. Actually I was very surprised by member of staff Niko. He is so professional and polite. He always was there to help without asking. He knew at what point he need to approach and give a help. I really appreciate that. In overall it made a such a good impression that I made another purchase on a day and planning to come there much often. Keep up the great work guys! Perfect, 5 star!

Purchased a suit yesterday. Was assisted perfectly by Albana who helped me with getting the trousers altered. The suit was ready 24 hours later and fits perfectly. Thanks for your help Albana!

They refused to change fault shoes. The most astonishingly bad customer service from staff and even worse from the manager. I have never known anything like it. Avoid at all costs.

By far the best customer service I have ever had whilst clothes shopping. This was shop number 6 looking for my wedding suit and they couldn't have made the experience any better for me. Really attentive staff that were passionate about style. Caddie was brilliant with me, even taking the time to pin the trousers to make sure I really understood how the trousers would look after the adjustments. The level of customer service was just fantastic and it has been one of the highlights of getting ready for the wedding 😁 Also a thank you to Dean who just had real knowledge of style. Great service from Dean. I was shopping for my first formal suit and also needed tailoring for a good fit. I’m really happy with the purchase - Dean was super friendly and he knows his stuff. Great shopping experience - no need to visit London!

Very polite and helpful staff, went in for a scarf. Himself went a bit mad and we spent about 700, and we never got a scarf. We will definitely go back.

Bought a waterproof casual jacket, good service and good price. Pleased with jacket except that inner lining acts as a wick and gets quite wet after a walk. It dries quickly, but still seems a little strange. Response from BOSS welcome!

I always find the staff in this store super friendly. Especially the young lady ,she really demonstrates how great customer service can be. I always leave there with a smile.😊🤌🏻

It's an ok store, but what I find a little odd is that the House of Frazer has just as much Hugo boss stuff in it, as what this large shop does, not a real great use of the space on offer, the staff thou are lovely and really helpful and our a credit to your Reading Branch

Customer service is there but lacking in attentive details, purchased 2 suit trousers and had it altered, it was done poorly, trousers was just measured rather than pinned so I had to drive 100 miles away to have it done by Bristol branch which is more superior in terms of service and the quality of service.

Absolutely rude staff, man at the till doesn’t know what he’s doing and was very unhelpful
