Great place for walking trails around a cristal clear river, and tons of places for a picnic. Free parking, free picnic table... Real fresh air with pinus scents ;-)

Very nice choice to get some freshness. It js in Segovia so castilla Leon region but it is extremely close to Madrid. Nice nature, easy walking many people many dogs.

This is a lovely place to stroll or splash in, a beautiful mountain river surrounded by a forest. There are many hiking paths and several pools where you can have a swim. The water is cold but perfect for a warm summer day, just an hour away from Madrid. Did try to arrive before lunchtime on a summer's day because this place can get very busy and the good spots for a picnic or by the pool get occupied quickly.

Delightful place to walk I the woods by a river. All ages, all abilities but not wheelchair users. Go at your own pace. Enjoy the scenery, the tranquility and the greenery. Esta muy genial.

Beautiful place... Parking is conveniently close to the shallow stream.. great for a light hike or just a very pleasant picnic. We went during the week however and was told it's much more busy on weekends.

Lovely riverside walks through pine tree woods, where you can see many types of birds and plants. Snack bar in season, picknick area, toilets, and plenty of parking. Information centre.

Beautiful park amidst the forest with a lovely stream inheriting water from the snow melted mountains of navvacerada. The water was ice cold in August and the kids loved plucking the wild berries at the bank . Bring a pair of light weight chairs and enjoy a great picnic

Good to rest with cool water stream. We spent couple of hours, but many people brougt food and all equipment for whole day. Water is shallow, so good for little kids. But looking for parking is really hard and competitive,so go there early as possible. For example,we arrived around 10.30am, parked car far far from entrance.

Really quiet, nice near and nice water

Fantastic place to enjoy nature. Pine trees, river, granite boulders, peace, quiet... Bliss! Plenty space for the wee ones. Lots of trails for hiking. Fabulous!

We stopped there for picnic during our way to Segovia. Great place, nice nature, very peaceful and beautiful scenery.
