First let's start with the organization. When we arrive at the clinic, we are not seen by appointment but by fixed ones distributed on the spot. When we call, they inform us that they only receive payment in cash. When I arrived I was receiving half on the card and half in cash. After a person goes more than 12 hours without eating, they still have to wait to undergo an endoscopy. Where the clinic does not respect Covid 19 regulations. If you arrive at the clinic you will see crowds of people where they are not respected. Need more organization. And know how to inform your patients correctly. I wish I wouldn't do any more exams at this clinic.

Terrible, I went to the otorhinolaryngologist, he did the ear cleaning procedure and put a plug in my ear and asked me to spend the whole day with it, so I found it very strange because I had already done it at another clinic and didn't need to put anything in! But when I got home I took out the tampon because I felt that liquid was oozing out, and there was my ear bleeding a lot, I called the clinic to come back and have the doctor evaluate it, so the doctor replied that I would pay for another appointment or go to an emergency room.

Everything went normally, apart from the fact that the clinic did not have air conditioning at reception or fans. There was no need to make an appointment and the tests were carried out quickly, along with the delivery of the results. Very good service! Best value for money in a garden in São Paulo!

Clinical doctor Dr Fernando is very good, but the ultrasound doctor was scheduled for 8:00am, the elderly were fasting, needing to take medicine and she hasn't even arrived yet, it's already 8:37am. She was supposed to arrive before the patients and no, the people are waiting with hunger, especially the elderly.

I was seen by orthopedist Pedro Marques and I intend to never go back, due to the humiliating and sexist way I was treated! Emotionally I left worse than I entered! There was no attitude or professional ethics at the time of the consultation! I have already reported what happened to those responsible for the clinic! For this service from this gentleman, no stars!

I arrived early at 12:20 to have a breast exam (scheduled for 1:00 pm), it's 1:35 pm and the doctor hasn't shown up yet, besides the clinic is crowded, it's like the subway.

Very good, trained and attentive professionals, whenever I call to make an appointment I receive good service, I had some routine exams and I really liked the service, now I've made an appointment for the ENT.

I always appreciated the uniclinica in JD São Paulo, but on the 4th my brother took my father to a dermatologist who just looked at his foot and said it was a ringworm. A week later my father's finger started to necrote and we had to go to another doctor who did a scraping. I thought this woman was negligent and incompetent. I paid 110 reais for nothing that went to waste. Apart from medication, this cannot be done. I will never go there again. Very disappointing.

The company gives priority to serving commercial representatives rather than patients/clients, there is no respect or reorganization, you resort to reception and they don't solve anything.
