Firstly,
I
would
like
to
inform
you
that
I
have
been
doing
this
procedure
for
years,
in
other
offices
and
always
with
excellent
results
(both
in
terms
of
product
duration,
4
to
6
months,
and
personal
satisfaction).
It
was
the
first
time
I
went
to
this
clinic.
I
left
this
assessment
to
be
done
when
I
had
completed
all
the
applications.
I
made
the
1-year
package,
for
application
in
3
regions,
with
the
promise
of
durability
of
3
to
4
months.
At
first,
I
was
already
disappointed.
In
less
than
1
month
-
including
touch-up
-
the
results
were
zero.
I
contacted
them,
sent
photos,
asked
for
my
money
back,
even
if
they
discounted
the
unsuccessful
one.
They
insisted
that
I
return
and
I
resisted.
Finally,
due
to
their
insistence
and
seeing
that
it
would
be
difficult
to
get
my
money
back,
I
decided
to
return.
I
was
seen
by
an
excellent
professional,
Dr.
Ohana,
who,
after
talking
for
a
long
time,
explained
to
me
what
could
have
happened
(quantity
applied).
Be
satisfied
with
the
result
and
durability.
After
time,
I
returned
for
another
application.
The
professional
who
had
helped
me
was
no
longer
there,
unfortunately.
I
applied
it
mid-July
and
did
the
touch-up
(August),
that
is,
later
this
month.
By
the
way
the
carriage
moves,
I
can
already
see
that
it
will
be
the
same
result
as
the
first
time,
as
I
can
already
see
signs
of
expressive
lines
appearing.
Furthermore,
the
receptionist
and
manager
who
knew
about
my
case
no
longer
work
there.
The
new
one
informed
me
that
the
application
I
made
was
the
last
one
(3rd
time
of
the
contract)
and
that
there
was
no
comment
regarding
the
unsuccessful
application
(1st)
not
counting.
In
short,
there
is
a
large
turnover
of
professionals.
I
give
3
stars
for
the
reception
service
(which
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
applications
and
the
doctor
who
performed
the
second
application).
I
won't
be
back
and
I
won't
recommend
it.
The
promotion
was
expensive,
considering
that
out
of
3
applications,
only
one
was
worth
it.
I
will
be
making
the
complaint
on
ReclameAqui.
