DONT GO THERE FOR LONG TERM STAY The management in this "hotel" do not anything to fix issues that are currently happening. For instance : - Your washing machines does not work, all the front desk knows about it for months, and yet nothing happen ! Machines suddendly stop working because its hot and then do not dry our clothes. the more we use the machine the more it smells weird. They are just too old. Stop being cheap and buy for your guests something adequate please. - Your fire alarm is triggered 3 to 5 times a day because people are cooking. - You have a sauna room YET it is used as a storage service for your Cleaning Department... - We have letters and packages which are stored in Front Desk's cabinet, but we do not receive any call from front desk to retrieve our packages. - Equipment is being stollen in the gym facility - Elevators were non functionnal for weeks due to sever raining - Management didnt think to warn guests that underground parking lot was getting water due to sever rainfall and dozens of cars were damaged. Rooftop & Room is nice, bed&sheets are ok. I'm currently living in this parody of a hotel.

The staff is lovely but the building as such was not build with quality and the elevators are constantly at capacity. Kitchen is simply basic, not tasty

Large rooms for families. Very good breakfast. All necessary amenities available.
