Well a regular brazilian airport.. the difficulty with english still persist.. however infrastructure is good and ample places to eat and read. Missing out on proper resting chairs/ benches and lounges.

It has a lot to improve, the check-in machines weren't working, there are so little light, the ar conditioning in the gates area isn't working

Taxi drivers come into the building to hassle new arrivals one after another, sometimes in an intimidating manner. There is no free wifi, you search the network and is says free but then it will only connect once you give your credit card details. Price for parking is a rip off, even if you enter the car park for 5 minutes you still have to pay the full hour price. This airport get high reviews and is called one of the best of Brazil simply because it looks pretty and clean, and flights are always on time, but that's because it's not busy enough, it's just an overpriced shopping mall.

The worst restrooms of any airport in the world. They are all beyond inimaginable terrible condition of maintenance, in both genders. Those in the departure area were even worse than the platforms opened to the general public and the terminal was not in the busiest time of the day and the year (a Tuesday on June at 4PM)

I can only review the domestic departure area, as I changed plane and only visited the domestic gate area of the airport. There are absolutely no proper restaurants here, only some coffee and sandwich stalls, which is absurd for this size of airport. The area is extremely crowded and seemed more like a bad bus terminal, no place to sit, dirty restrooms and a very bad experience overall. There are no VIP Lounge, even though stated on the airports homepage. The automated boarding system was interesting, but I didn't see anyone who actually understood how it worked...

Staff at Azul don't know what they're doing when it comes to international travelers... Make sure you confirm and reconfirm everything so you don't miss your connecting flight!

The airport is very good but for international flights it is a disaster. After 8PM it does not accept credit/debit cards anymore. There is no place to eat after passport control, no cash machine and the Duty Free is the most expensive I have ever seen. Apart that, it is a nice airport and the workers are very helpful.

Looks modern but is not really efficient. Short ways are big plus

If you have a long layover skip the small/lame lounge and head to the massive food court and get a nap pod instead!

The worst airport I've visited in recent years. So hot, the air conditioner doesn't function. There is no a VIP card room. The food inside are extremely expensive and bad taste.
