I would also like to agree with the positive reviews. Although we have had our watches for several years, we still receive courteous service and advice when we want to have the batteries replaced. Our watches are always subjected to a water resistance test when the battery is changed. What I also noticed positively is that they don't make the mistake of judging customers based on their appearance, but that all customers are treated equally.

I put myself on the waiting list for a watch a long time ago. Yesterday I was finally able to pick up my watch. The staff was super friendly and professional. The saleswoman really took a lot of time to give me the best possible advice. A big compliment to the entire team and many thanks to Ms. Siewert for this great service.

Firstly, what I find very important is that we should all support local companies like this, the kind with which the sale takes place is always a pleasant experience and is not forgotten. They always take a lot of time, you feel comfortable in every price range and you never have the feeling that you have to buy something there. All price ranges will be presented to you and you will receive individual advice and all needs will be addressed. This year I had a pendant made for my wife in my own goldsmith, advice on the stones, selection of the stones, adhered to the schedule, implementation and everything else that went with it was perfect. My real praise goes to Claudia Ranneberg, who always takes good care of us and always responds to all of our wishes. Many people forget that jewelry is sometimes about much more, Claudia always reminds us that jewelry is not just jewelry...but a piece of memory that accompanies us in life. I fondly remember my first purchasing experience with Ms. Feugmann, which couldn't have been better. The first-class service has not changed over the years. I think the etiquette that is still practiced today is wonderful - an attribute that is unfortunately losing meaning these days. In addition to Ms. Feugmann, I would also like to praise Ms. Siewert. You are welcome in the shop at any time. My experiences with Mr. Exner show why everything runs so well and is organized in his team. The patience that everyone brings is outstanding! Finally, I would like to mention Mr. Metz's exceptionally good expertise, which really convinces me! The last experiences with Mr. Metz were fantastic! You buy the seller and certainly not the products - trusting dealings are important to me and leave nothing to be desired.
