Very nice and competent advice, fast delivery of the jacket

We actually just wanted to take a look around the store and were “looked after” by a really, really nice and competent saleswoman. Even though it was a busy Saturday, she took a lot of time to explain to us the advantages of the different jackets, including care instructions, warranty, repair service, etc. I then bought a great jacket at an unbeatable price (sale!). An all around great shopping experience!

I tried on the jacket beforehand in another store but found the store in Regensburg online with a defective zipper. I called there and ordered the jacket by phone and got it delivered free of charge on account after 10 days. Top service, super cool jacket and over the moon😍🙏🏼
