Children
intimidated
in
the
pool
I
have
never
written
a
bad
review
before,
but
this
place
was
so
horrible
it
merits
a
first,
to
protect
other
families
from
this
experience.
Travelling
through
Italy
and
Germany
in
luxury
hotels
with
our
3
young
children
(7,
5,
2)
for
the
past
3
weeks
we
had
wonderful
experiences
everywhere
except
this
awful
one.
We
really
implored
the
manager
to
let
us
leave
because
we
really
did
not
feel
at
ease
but
he
was
not
willing
to
waive
the
cancellation
fee
of
80%.
Simply
put:
Do
not
go
here
with
kids.
This
place
is
just
horrible
if
you
are
with
young
children.
The
general
age
of
people
is
elderly
(70+)
and
most
things
are
catered
to
them.
Nothing
wrong
with
that
but
it
is
clearly
not
for
families
with
young
kids,
so
they
should
not
advertise
this
and
should
have
pointed
this
out
during
reservations.
It
is
a
large
hotel,
when
we
arrived
we
saw
only
3
families
(2
with
grandparents)
even
though
its
summer
vacation.
This
says
enough,
everywhere
we
went
during
the
summer
holidays
there
are
lots
of
children,
only
this
place
they
are
fairly
absent
and
for
good
reason,
this
no
place
for
young
kids.
The
hotel
is
full
with
elderly
people
who
don’t
want
children
playing
in
the
pool,
children
are
not
allowed
to
jump
in
the
pool,
splash
or
make
noise.
There
is
a
relax
area
right
next
to
the
pool.
Different
people
come
up
to
them
to
intimidate
the
children,
(one
even
went
as
far
as
shoving),
leaving
them
crying
and
upset.
We
started
filming
the
incidents
after
our
2
year
old
was
pushed
in
the
water
and
we
found
out
some
of
their
toys
were
taken
away.
Kidsclub
is
very
small
and
musty
and
only
has
place
up
to
5
children
(should
have
been
mentioned
during
reservation
as
well).
The
kids
club
is
in
a
different
building
in
an
attic
without
airco
(it
gets
very
hot).
The
room
is
not
kid
safe;
The
bunk
bed
is
not
safe
because
the
side
tips
over
(photo
attached),
the
electrical
outlets
not
covered
(!)
There
is
no
airco
and
no
window
screens
leaving
wasps
and
musquitos
in
the
room.
Floors
in
the
pool
are
wet
and
slippery
all
the
time,
the
children
kept
on
falling
(there
is
another
reviewer
pointing
this
out
too).
In
some
places
plastic
mats
are
placed
on
the
floor
to
prevent
slipping
but
this
just
looks
dirty
and
cheap.
After
eating
in
the
restaurant
and
having
our
doubts
about
the
quality
(average)
we
found
out
there
is
no
mention
of
the
Ludinmuhle
in
the
Michelin
guide
(august
2022).
And
especially
the
kids
food
was
horrible.
Fishsticks
schnitzel
or
a
sausage,
far
from
‘locally
produced’
or
‘organic’
as
advertised.
Putting
food
under
a
silver
bell
does
not
change
the
quality
of
the
food-
brrrr.
Also
there
was
no
buffet
at
dinner
time,
and
no
vegetables
for
the
kids
for
any
meal.
Also
be
prepared
to
add
€21
per
meal
for
your
2
year
old
even
though
you
made
a
¾
board
reservation
for
the
family
and
add
€5-10
per
meal
for
tap
water.
I
am
sure
my
review
will
be
removed
soon
and
I
have
serious
doubts
about
the
glaring
positive
reviews
of
others.
Though
if
you
are
retired
this
place
may
be
not
as
bad
(though
there
are
much
better
options
out
there).
If
you
are
looking
for
superb
food,
true
luxury
wellness
and
a
great
experience
for
your
children
including
everything
you
need
for
kids
for
the
same
price
(or
less)
go
to
Lowe
and
Bar,
Feuerstein,
or
visit
one
of
the
many
the
bio-agriturismo
Italy
has
to
offer
(I
will
write
reviews
soon).
For
a
wonderful
family
vacation
and
true
high
quality
organic
locally
produced
food
stay
very
far
away
from
Ludinmuhle.
[Pictures
are
that
of
the
top
bunk
bed,
the
grimy
pool
sides,
the
dubiously
put
together
pool
stairs,
and
the
kids
meals….
And
the
wellness
spa
bar,
just
as
advertised
and
wonderful
view.
(but
apparently
it
could
have
been
worse
if
I
look
at
some
other
pictures
online)
