We cannot understand the reviews in front of us. It was a nice reception even on the phone. They took us in even though they were full. My son and I received great help. Hey, blockages were discovered and solved where no one had pointed it out to me or helped me yet. A clear recommendation from us 🫶 And let's be honest, people are more understanding when the tone gets rougher, they are under pure stress every day and are still there for us. And the closure of the hospital causes a huge rush. Just saying a kind word and smiling triggers a lot of positivity🌞

The women at reception didn't even let me finish my concerns; they immediately interrupted me to point out that office hours are only open until 12 p.m. on Wednesdays. They simply didn't let me finish and I couldn't even ask my question. I didn't even want to go to the consultation. No go!!! Unfriendly things are to me

On the phone you are told that pain consultation hours are from 8 to 9 a.m. Then you stand at the counter for 8 hours and the receptionist makes the diagnosis and you are sent away. Very sad and not worthy of a doctor's office.

The receptionist and the nurse were nice, but the doctor is not recommended at all. After 2.5 months of waiting, finally here, no x-rays, no therapy, just a manual examination and tips for exercises at home... Despite the pain. Even my family doctor helped me a lot more. Also arrogant. A no go.

After several years of treatment with two surgeries in the practice, I can say that I have always felt very well looked after, despite the current total overload. I wish the team all the best.

So I can't understand some of the bad reviews at all. Personally and professionally, Dr. Beier an excellent doctor. He listens to my problems and always takes his time. He always examines me thoroughly. He also never neglects his friendliness. I can't say a bad word about the nurses at reception. They always greet me with a very friendly smile. I haven't even been treated unkindly on the phone. So for me it's a great practice with an excellent doctor and very friendly nurses.

My son needed a doctor today and the receptionist refused because we came from Greiz and there was no time for us and only time was taken for Reichenbacher. It's actually not okay because foreign patients, such as those from Reichenbach, are treated in Greiz like a pediatrician. Nobody says that only Greiz is treated. So much for the free choice of doctor. If there were doctors here in Greiz, you definitely wouldn't have made the choice to go abroad.
