I
was
here
for
a
Vinyasa
Flow
class
in
the
lower
room
(The
Temple).
The
studio
itself
is
nicely
furnished,
good
design.
The
reception
was
also
okay.
The
participants
waited
outside
the
room.
Unfortunately,
the
silence
was
ignored.
It
was
quite
hectic.
Then
the
room
itself:
incredibly
narrow,
10
cm
distance
from
the
next
mat,
low
ceilings,
no
daylight
(stuffy),
still
hectic
as
the
participants
chatted.
Unfortunately,
the
atmosphere
was
more
like
a
storage
room
than
a
temple
for
spiritual
depth.
The
teacher
was
very
difficult
to
understand
-
especially
because
music
by
Ram
Das
was
playing
in
the
background.
She
also
didn't
demonstrate
the
asanas,
which
would
have
made
orientation
easier.
Half
of
the
participants
couldn't
keep
up
and
lagged
behind
a
few
movements.
This
apparently
went
unnoticed
by
the
teacher.
And
here
the
question
arises
as
to
what
the
purpose
of
this
form
of
teaching
is
or
how
this
form
of
teaching
differs
from
a
(free!)
YouTube
video.
In
my
opinion,
announcing
the
pure
asanas
(indistinctly
at
that!)
without
having
a
sense
of
where
the
student
is
standing
is
not
yoga
teaching.
Even
though
I
practice
yoga
regularly
and
enjoy
it,
I
left
the
class
with
a
higher
level
of
stress
than
when
I
entered
it.
The
price
of
25
euros
for
a
drop-in
did
the
rest.
With
this
pricing
and
Ohia's
external
appearance,
I
expect
a
lot
more
from
a
yoga
class.
