One of the best burgers I've eaten in Germany. As an American, using a fork & knife seems bizarre, but trust me, for this monster burger, you'll want to carve it up. You can't go wrong with the special of the week if you want to mix up the regular menu. 🍔🍟🔥

Unfortunately, quite the disappointment. The quality is nothing like it used to be. The patty was terrible, undercooked and unseasoned. They kept the old menus but the bread of all burgers is no longer Brioche. The fries now come separate, 9 euros for a bad burger without fries? Unthinkable! Not to mention the two mini-slices of pickles and the bad quality of the "cheese".

It's fine. The burger is good but doesn't justify the price. Fries are not included in that price, either, and are the joyless frozen variety. The choice of beers is limited but admittedly great.

Very delicious and genuine burgers. Super delicious buns and great beef and bacon with vegetables like pickles and jalapeños. Fries are also very delicious and crispy. A lot of nice dips and sauces available for free. Service was very nice and polite. Total recommendation!

Their burgers are good, but the servers are quite rude. Also, I had a situation when I was explaining the reason why I didn't like the sandwich since the meat wasn't cut thin as it was described on the menu as well as it was cold but the lady waitress did not do anything. At least saying sorry or exchanging the food would be appreciated.

Classic American burger! We've been in Germany a week and have liked all the German food we've tried so far. But it was nice to be able to give it a rest for a really great burger and onion rings.

The size of burger is cute. Not so big. However a lot of pomes.

Crazy to find a cheeseburger this good in Heidelberg of all places. Best burger I’ve had in a while. Friendly server who was so nice and chill. Generous sides (so much fries)!! I had to take a long walk afterwards.

Today we went for a hamburger at Joe's with friends. It was not a pleasant experience, my husband snapped his fingers to call the man who was serving us, (in our culture this is a normal and non-aggressive attitude), the man responded extremely rudely, he spoke very loudly: before any anything you want to ask, don't ever snap your fingers at me ever again. It was rude, people stared, it got uncomfortable with my friends. I've never seen anyone treat a customer like that in my entire life. He might have spoken softly and politely if he'd taken offense at the snapping of fingers. It doesn't matter if the hamburger is good if we are not treated politely. I will never go back there, and I hope that during 2023 this man can learn more about education, empathy and humility.

It is fine. The burgers are tasty, but a bit small and considering that the fries are not included, slightly overpriced. Don't get me wrong, we didnot order the fries as we were not superhungry, it is good that you can choose, still itis expensive. The burger quality itself would not justify the price. The drinks were bad, the beer was warm and the "homemade" mint lrmonade tastes so fake, it is made with some syrup I guess. The place is slightly smelly inside.

Such a delicious food and what I great atmosphere. Service was nice and very fast. Will be coming back.

Good vibe. Friendly service. The fries were excellent. The sandwich was, however, bit disappointing. Ordered a grilled aubergine, mozzarella and tomato sandwich. Mozzarella +pesto were fresh, but the rest of sandwich was a bit of a letdown. Very small piece of aubergine. The bread was the main issue- uninspiring white bread. Not toasted and no spread. Seems like lower quality white bread. Ordered a small side salad - leaves were a bit sad with brown bits. It’s ok for a drink and fries. Wouldn’t recommend the sandwich. Haven’t tried the burger so can’t comment.

This burger joint in Heidelberg is the real deal. With its cool atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious burger, it's a winner in my book. So, if you're in town and craving some burger goodness, make sure to swing by. You won't be disappointed, I promise. Happy burger feasting!

The burger meat is super tasty, but partly because there's so much salt in the seasoning that it has to be tasty! The sides and fixings are nothing special and over-prixed, but fine. The best thing is the service - the waitress was so incredibly friendly and even looked after my baby so I could go to the bathroom - would go back just for the warm welcome!

Amazing food! Really if you want to eat amazing burgers then this is the place. My rating is 3 stars because I think the hygiene is seriously bad. We were there on Saturday evening and it's expected to have some dirt on the floor after whole day but this was just very unclean. Toilet was very dirty and without wiping paper for hands, tables were extremly greesey and just overall the place looked like a mess with paper and other garbage on the floor. Having amazing food is the most important thing but some other aspects are reall neglected here. I really hope the owners will take some action after this review because it impacts the overall experience a lot and keeping the place clean should be on the priority list for the staff as well.

Great meals were served to us, and there was far more food than we could possibly eat. affordable meal that is good! Both of the hamburgers and pastrami sandwiches we got were delicious!

Best Burger place in Heiderlberg. So, since my girlfriend likes to think about herself as a burger connoisseur, we tried many burger place in HD. Joe Molese is definitely the best one. It hase some good choices (but not too many), an excellent meat quality and cooking method and timing, and the prices are fair for the quality. The staff is also super nice and speaks english. 17/10, would recommend.

Nice little burger place. It was clean and the workers were very friendly and helpful if you had questions. Our party tried burgers(with bacon and cheddar), a Cheesesteak sandwich, Mac-n-cheese balls, and onion rings. Everything came to us hot and looked very tasty. Our only complaint is that the burgers lacked some flavor. Overall though it was great and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again because the quality was top and I can always add a little salt & pepper.

Environment is top tier, service is very nice and friendly but the food that I ordered is way too salty such that even I who is a heavy salt eater said it’s too salty :( Hope it’s a one time thing though.

Such a dope vibe! A mix of U.S/German hip hop & r&b playing with great visual art in the interior. The staff was great, attentive, and a good team dynamic. The beer was mostly all local and the burgers were perfectly cooked, great flavor and outstanding selection. I want to come back! Highly recommend

Staff were great and spoke English making ordering much easier. I personally enjoyed the ambiance (but Loud rap music is maybe not for everyone). Burgers tasted great, and there was a good selection of sauces on the table. Just beware of the Waffle burger, it's maybe a bit of an acquired taste.

Value for money place. Excellent food excellent service staff. Must taste big joe 360g burger and Joe burger. Both are very nice.

Awesome burgers! Great service, fries, and onion rings. Tried the bacon, waffle, peanut butter burger and OMG, mind blown 🤯! Also had the ‘special’ with cheese, paprika paste, and other stuff (I don’t remember, it was all good!) Would def revisit next time we’re in town.

We had a high expectation with this burger because we read some comments saying they have the best burger in town. But it was a little disappointing. We ordered two "Cotto burgers" and the burgers were a bit dry. We believe it is because there was not much cheese and especially because the hamburger meat was too well done. The meat was of the Angus-Rindfleisch type, but could be any kind, it would have made no difference in taste - because it was overcooked. It's an ok hamburger, but it's far from the best we've ever eaten. Other notes: the french fries were great, crispy and delicious. Clean and nice place. We sat outside, right in the center of town. Good service.

We went here on Saturday so there are a lot of people are eating in the restaurant. The staff immediately cleaned the table and led us to the table. Burgers here are large and tasty! It is also a good place to meet your friends here!

I had a takeaway cheeseburger. The Staff seems nice and friendly. The burger was nice and cooked the right way for a burger, but I think it was a little to less salt in the patty.
