What a hidden gem!!! Awesome place for breakfast with friends! Great and tasty food! Very friendly, helpful and flexibel team! A lot of the offered stuff is selve made! Daily different cakes and tartes ... Yummy! Beautiful interior with small special Details. The coffee-bar is probably the smallest in Rottach-Egern, but also one with great coffee! Absolut worth a visit and we will definetly come back soon! Small groups should do a reservation in advance... Enough parking slots direct in front of the house. Close to the lake, so if you need a small walk between brunch and afternoon tea, perfect!

Nice place to have breakfast when you visit Tegernsee. The ambience is nice, there’s a giant wagon inside used as a table. The breakfast options are tasty and the bathroom is clean. Happy to return.

This is the best kept secret in Tegernsee and a cozy and charming breakfast/brunch spot! Excellent food, well decorated, delicious juice and espresso with very friendly and attentive hosts! Parking is right in front and the Oimara was excellent!

This place is wonderful, and one of the best places to have breakfast that I have ever been to. A must if you visit Tegernsee in Bavaria!

Breakfast is overpriced. Avocado wasn't fresh. Fresh-pressed orange juice had a sour (foxy) taste.

Great food and service

We booked a table in advance through the online reservation system, but when we arrived, our booking was nowhere to be found—apparently due to a technical error. We waited for 15 minutes while they tried to find a solution and were eventually seated inside. Our order for three people included: – 2 avocado toasts with omelets – 2 portions of white sausages – Bread with feta (which they later said they ran out of) – 2 black coffees – 3 glasses of water (0.2L each) They first brought out just one avocado toast, and we had to wait another 40 minutes for the second one. Eventually, the chef came out to tell us they were out of feta and offered tomatoes or something else instead. We declined and asked again for the second toast, which they then brought fairly quickly. Thank you for that. However, when we checked the receipt later—on our way home—we noticed we were overcharged by €9.80 for two additional egg portions we didn’t order. The total bill was €73, which felt very steep considering the disorganized service and overall experience. We had high expectations due to the great reviews, but unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. Hopefully, this feedback helps the team improve, and helps future guests make an informed decision.

Delicious food and very friendly service! This is a great place for brunch on the weekend or a refreshing drink after a swim in the lake (especially the blood-orange and peach mocktails). They also offer a fantastic catering service. They provided the food for our wedding and we are extremely grateful for how well the meal turned out. We had around fifty meat eaters, fish eaters and vegans and all commented on how superb the food was. Heartily recommended.
