At top floor there are pent houses with beautiful view of canal road. All basic necessities of life like electricity water gas telephone line is available. Lifts doesn't work during electric shutdown hours. Basement parking is only for residents. 24 Hours gaurds are available. Overall beautiful building with beautiful views. In center of the city.
