Stayed
for
two
nights.
I
was
accompanied
by
another
person
and
when
we
checked
in,
they
collected
both
of
our
id's
and
my
credit
card.
Later
that
night
we
were
having
dinner
and
I
began
feeling
a
sugar
rush.
I
immediately
left
my
partner
at
the
table
and
went
to
run
upstairs
to
our
room
to
get
to
my
insulin.
On
the
way
I
realized
I
didn't
have
my
key
card
and
stopped
by
the
front
desk
to
get
another
(front
desk
was
on
the
way
by
the
elevators).
The
woman
who
assisted
me
said
I
was
not
on
the
room
and
would
have
to
have
the
other
person
add
me.
I
told
her
that
I
gave
my
id
and
credit
card
when
we
checked
in
and
I
was
paying
for
the
room.
She
would
not
assist
me.
I
went
back
later
to
speak
to
a
manager,
Thomas,
who
didn't
care.
He
was
rude
and
annoyed
because
he
said
he
was
off
that
day..?
When
I
complained
he
said
he
was
calling
security
and
was
kicking
us
out
of
the
hotel
because
he
didn't
like
my
attitude
and
because
we
had
not
spent
money
in
the
casino
anyway.
I
was
flabbergasted
as
we
had
only
arrived
two
hours
earlier
and
were
just
settling
in.
I
had
$5000
cash
in
my
pocket
as
my
gambling
budget
for
our
stay.
We
left
the
front
desk
and
he
said
security
would
be
coming
to
our
room
so
we
went
and
packed.
Security
never
came
to
our
room
and
we
stayed
our
two
nights
there
but
didn't
spend
any
money,
besides
the
hotel
price.
Instead,
we
dined
at
outside
restaurants
and
gambled
at
the
Atlantis
casino.
I
will
pass
on
Caesar
Entertainment
properties
altogether
next
time
as
the
staff
was
demeaning
and
unsympathetic
to
a
customer
experiencing
a
medical
emergency.
