I was just here for the day to get my fingerprints done for my RN license. Decided to stay here because of the proximity to the river walk and also a festival was just right out the door. Napped through the festival, however. Woke up at 9pm but was able to find something to eat at one of their restaurants that stays open late. The resort has a tiny gym enough to get your heart pumping until you get back to your gym. The pool opens at 9am. Valet parking was really fast and only $10 for the entire stay. There were tons of Birds parked across the street from the valet entrance. It was quite fun zipping around on them electric scooters. Easy pairing with the app. I was comfortable in my room but the room didn’t look like the picture from when I booked my reservation 😂 but my sheets where soft and my bed firm as I need it to be. My room was clean and water pressure was great. Reno is so tiny. Seemed like a ghost town but I guess there’s nothing wrong with fewer people.

Was here for the cheap rooms on business not for the Casino. But walking in was looking for Frank, Dino and Sammy...it had that old Fremont st vibe...or maybe just old vibe. Room was comfortable and updated a bit. Still my grandparents furniture. It was nice being connected to the other casinos to share food choices since so many had limited hours or days open. Learned pretty quick that the cheap room was more than made up in the overpriced food choices. Definitely scouted out places outside the complex. Service was limited to single desk person who was friendly and helpful but it was slow since only one. Restaurant was about the same. Overall no complaints but not overly impressed either.

Absolutely love this place can never get a table but I love the fact that the dealers keep their own tips. I think it's the last casino that does that. I did not get a table because it was packed on a Saturday planned to come back and say hello another trip. Definitely clean adjacent to the silver legacy. Don't miss Roxy's restaurant inside lovely fountain area too.

I have Gamble and watch others gamble before with the machines. My best advice is to gamble what you are fine to Lose. I have seen people staring while frantically hitting the repeat button and usually throwing there money away. As that said, I take my time and have someone with me while gambling, for the social and little fun. What I do know for the spin muti-line machines is where you start at least 30 lines to bet on or higher. The reason is mathematically is have a little better odds, but regardless the odds always favor the house. Also, let's say you feel comfortable betting ONE hundred dollars, the machine will go up and down. Let say your ONE went to about THREE hundred, I will set a limit where it drops to TWO hundred I will STOP and cash it out, and will NOT go any other machine. Also, let's say you loose that ONE hundred. You can leave or try one more time with another machine for another ONE hundred. If you do, and lost that other ONE hundred, then LEAVE! Most will be okay to lose TWO hundred bills for a night and don't come back for at least for a while. For all the wins and loses at the Casino will will always be in the hole. It is for socializing, and the thrill, not trying to get rich.

Very clean, beautiful inside, pet friendly. Must I add there's a starbucks on the casino floor. All the staff was super friendly and didn't have a problem answering my questions in depth. A lot of restaurants and bars to go to inside connected with Circus Circus so you can let your teens go to arcade area. The rooms were quiet as well I never heard my neighbor and we had connecting doors. I highly recommend, and will be going back.

Stayed for two nights. I was accompanied by another person and when we checked in, they collected both of our id's and my credit card. Later that night we were having dinner and I began feeling a sugar rush. I immediately left my partner at the table and went to run upstairs to our room to get to my insulin. On the way I realized I didn't have my key card and stopped by the front desk to get another (front desk was on the way by the elevators). The woman who assisted me said I was not on the room and would have to have the other person add me. I told her that I gave my id and credit card when we checked in and I was paying for the room. She would not assist me. I went back later to speak to a manager, Thomas, who didn't care. He was rude and annoyed because he said he was off that day..? When I complained he said he was calling security and was kicking us out of the hotel because he didn't like my attitude and because we had not spent money in the casino anyway. I was flabbergasted as we had only arrived two hours earlier and were just settling in. I had $5000 cash in my pocket as my gambling budget for our stay. We left the front desk and he said security would be coming to our room so we went and packed. Security never came to our room and we stayed our two nights there but didn't spend any money, besides the hotel price. Instead, we dined at outside restaurants and gambled at the Atlantis casino. I will pass on Caesar Entertainment properties altogether next time as the staff was demeaning and unsympathetic to a customer experiencing a medical emergency.

I absolutely loved the fountains upstairs - they were the highlight of my visit to this casino. And let me tell you, the restaurants here are top-notch. While it might not immediately catch your eye, I highly recommend checking it out. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I reserved and paid for a king bed suite in advance and when we arrived they didn't have our room available at all they down graded us to a double queen in another tower told us they would give us a credit to our bank account which didn't happen they only gave us a resort credit that we would have to use at their restaurants before we left. The room itself wasn't very clean and the way it looked felt like a outdated motel 6. Which wouldn't be a issue if that's where we wanted to stay or if the pricing reflected that type of stay. The front desk wasn't trying to fix or accommodate the situation at all. We were treated as if they were doing us a favor by us staying there. My husband and I go on small getaways a couple times a year to different locations and never been subjected to this situation especially when it's the hotels fault for not having our room when we arrive. We are both extremely upset about the situation and shocked that it was handled so poorly!

I traveled from Sacramento California to spend my birthday I this beautiful resort. upon arriving I was informed that my booking I did for my third-party was not booked for the suite that I wanted. I talk to the manager Christina and she looked at my information and helped me right away. She got me the room that I booked. I was so pleased with her service and how humble and caring she was for my special day. As I walked in my suite, I nearly cried and was in love with it room. It was immaculate, clean, and the view was breathtaking. Thank you so much for making my birthday special day . ❤️

Worst experience ever! Do not stay here. Rooms are all dated, very dirty, not worth time or money. Don’t advertise nice looking rooms when that isn’t what we are even going to be able to sleep in. The first room they put us in, the air conditioner wasn’t working. Suffered all night. They finally moved us the next day. Wasn’t any better. Room was dirty and you can smell smoke coming through the vents. Finally cut our vacation short and checked out a day early. When we tried to complain they weren’t very helpful.

My first experience in Reno and I stayed here. After exploring and realizing there are actually three casinos connected together, this place was pretty awesome. The food was good, it was just expensive but that's Reno. There is a shuttle that runs every 10-15 minutes back and forth to the airport, which was super convenient. All in all, this was a good place to stay and probably will stay here again.

I'd have to say that this casino gets better and better each time I visit there is always some new tricks up their sleeves to make the community feel comfortable and peaceful and enjoy their time. I always love the vibe I get and the smile it puts on my face. I'd definitely live here if I was aloud to.

Overall, I don't have major complaints about the rooms themselves here. A little dated in some aspects, but the stay was fine, if a bit spartan for the price per night we paid. However, it was things like the pool closing at 7:00 pm, the constant second hand smoke (at least not in the room) and the typical "gotta walk through the casino" feel for it all. Definitely trying to be a little Vegas experience, but maybe just go to Vegas. Cost seems pretty close, but at least the pool stays open after dark?

I love my stay there. Went to visit family and got a room. Room was clean but not as big as I would have liked. Video poker machines were hot for me. The VIP Gold room had awesome drinks too. Friendly staff.

The rooms were nice. The air conditioning didn't work well and the toilet didn't flush but it was clean and I slept well. We used the conference room which was very reasonable and very nice. The view was also great.

You can tell that they do their best at trying to keep this place clean, the room was small but clean, but it still is in Reno. You walk outside and the local street people are awful and confrontational, and I was only there on a Tuesday. The service at the video poker bars isn't great. I bet $5 bucks a hand and 20 hands per minute and the service doesn't reflect that. I was served one drink within first 5 minutes, and there were only two other players at this bar. The bartender didn't come back to me for 1/2 an hour. I don't play for drinks , but it's always nice to know that while playing I will be taken care of. At 2 p.m I went to the coffee bar to get a quick snack and a cup of coffee. The employee ignored me as I was next in line, after a few minutes the customer in front of me informed me that they are closed. There was NO SIGN, the employee just said, "Yeah, I'm going on break." She ( the employee) could have informed me as I walked up. So, I assume this place only schedules 1 staff per day. There are not alot of food options here so this was disappointing. Overall, not a good place unless you are just coming in for a couple of hours and aren't planning to eat or drink.

Part of “The Row”, all the entertainment, food and gaming available in three casinos all Hooked together via the second level so you don’t have to venture outside. Not enough affordable food options, the only quick and affordable food is at the Circus Circus food court with 4 restaurants available, but good luck on days and hours open, not all open all week. The room was good, the room safe was not bolted to the shelf so could be stolen. The TV should let you be able to hook up your streaming product which did not (Atlantis does have that option).

Amazing resort and hotel! The amenities were perfect and the room checked into was spotless and clean. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Came from the Bay Area just for a day or two and felt right at home. Thank you to everyone and the staff 5 star resort and just such an amazing stay! Thank you!!

I love the El Dorado. I've only been there about a half dozen times, but the overall experience has been fabulous. Great food choices, room service, concierge services, whatever. The casino is old school, but has modern gaming. I dig the atmosphere. The dealers and pit bosses combined to make my gambling experience very memorable, but mostly its fun. And if you get sick of it, walk across the street to Silver Legacy.

I opted for a cheaper room. The rooms were clean but the furniture had tears and out of date. Numerous small holes in the walls possibly from old pictures. I would hope the more expensive rooms are better. Parking was a pain. Was unable to valet my car due to a line out to the street. The parking garage is free but I had to go up almost to the top to find parking. Room service was so expensive . I was unhappy about 2 breakfasts costing over 70 to deliver.

I'm literally writing this at 2AM because it's impossible to sleep in this old, uncomfortable bed with what has to be sandpaper sheets. Of course we did not get the king room we reserved (paid more for) so they "upgraded" to their 2 queens with a "mountain" view which is pretty much a view of the parking garage and neighboring casino. The rooms are severely outdated for a supposedly 4* hotel. Every time the AC or heat kicks on in the room we start sneezing and coughing from what just seems to be a lingering cigarette odor from the vents in our non-smoking room. As mentioned it's 2am here now and I'm trying to find a flight home so I can get out of here early because it's just not enjoyable. Reno is starting to look like a slum area with all of the boarded up businesses and the clientele in the casino here definitely are locals and not welcoming at all. We felt horrible on the first day being in the room (what we think was allergies from the AC) so I decided to order room service. The food prices in the ROW are WAY OVERPRICED and if you try to order room service you have to use their specific link which adds a 15$ delivery fee for that overpriced food. I got a sandwich, fries, fruit cup, 4 Cokes and 4 waters for the low price of $84. Don't buy the 4* hype because it's just not true at all. I won't be back to this place ever again.

I'll never give any Caesar's property any of my money ever again. The room smells like mold in my car got broken into and they did nothing. They wouldn't even comp me a room for the night while I get it fixed. Or even at least refund my resort fee. All seasons properties are garbage to me now. And I've been staying at them for the last couple weeks. They'll never get a dime from me or anybody I know. I'm posting this on all my social media.

The outside strip and free parking are nice, but I've never lost $200 in a casino so quick on 5 different machines without hitting anything. Didn't even win $10 back on all machines combined. Never returning here again.

We had friends in town for the weekend, they complained about the check in process, their rooms we're all paid for in advance, except the resort fee, which they were instructed to pay at check in. The problem was the front desk clerk kept insisting they hadn't paid for their rooms. My friends had to get a Manger to straighten it out. My friends did tell me their rooms were nice and clean. Other than the check in confusion they had a pleasant stay.

This is being sold as a 4 star hotel. But it is Not. Its a very nice 3 star with lots of good food/ restaurants. Great cafe also. But the pool is tiny and offers limited shade protection. There are cigarette butts and cans all around the property. There are no smoke free areas. Fixtures and furniture are from the 1970s. Its quite charming and in a great area.

Beware! DO NOT STAY HERE! I would give 0 stars if I could. Please learn from my experience. I had booked through Travelocity and prepaid everything except for $196 in resort fees that I was asked to pay at the property. I get here and the gentleman asks me to check in at the kiosk. I check in and my information is there so I confirm everything and when I get to my room I noticed a $713 charge on my account. I was charged for an entire different stay even though I had already paid. I go to the front desk and the man working is super confused and tells the lady he keeps “messing up the numbers” he finally comes up with $213. Telling me I need to pay taxes on resort fees.I was told I only had to pay $196… I decided to take the loss since it was under $20 he was trying to overcharge me. So I leave with $17 less and the next day I wake up to a $48 charge on my account. I go to the front desk again asking why I’m being charged $48 and the guy at the desk doesn’t know why. I ask to speak to a manager and the manager says it’s “resort fee” I tell him I already paid and even overpaid the resort fee and he says “it’s tied to the room” when I ask for an itemized receipt he can’t provide one: when I ask him to pull up why I’m being charged he can’t confirm why. Then he changes his story a third time and says it’s from “takeout delivery charged to my room” which I never ordered. He starts questioning me as if I’m lying. And finally decides to refund me. He couldn’t even pull up my Travelocity itinerary. And today is my third day here and I wake up to a $102 charge on my account. This is my third time being charged for reasons they can’t even identify. Also don’t bother calling customer service. It’s an outsourced third party that has no idea what is going on and will just tell you to go to the front desk over and over again. This has never happened to me elsewhere. I am appalled that my card is being repeatedly charged over and over again for no reason. Very unsettling. I can’t wait to check out so that I don’t have to fight charges every single day that are randomly charged to my account.

The beds were cushy. The facilities were older and could use an update. I wish they didn't have carpet in the hotel rooms. Hotels feel cleaner with hard floors that can be kept up easier.

Casinos connected to the hotel. We stayed in circus circus which was more for kids so it was loud on the one level. It was nice having each one connect, but it allowed smoking which was strong. We ate at habit burger inside which was good, but 27 for 2 burgers and drink. It's nice the casino offers free drinks while you play.

The person that checked us in was very sweet. The room had some problems, a lamp in the middle of the room was broken and the tub would not hold water for a bath. When we checked out we told the lady a the desk about the problems,( she was different from when we checked in) she was very rude and told us we should have contacted them and they would have fix the tub because that's what up want someone in your room fixing things when your trying to enjoy yourself. What a joke that place is. Never going back there .

Pay attention to the fine print! room types are not guaranteed. Had a night comped through Ceasars rewards so, decided to purchase a second night and have a 2 night stop in a basic king room on our way to Vegas for our anniversary. Upon check in, we were informed (after everything was said and done and were handed our keys) that they were out of king rooms and we were stuck with a queen, not even a discount on the night we paid for. We asked if there were any suites available to upgrade to, and were told no (their website said otherwise) Front desk clerks were rude and made the check in process extremely unwelcoming. Then in the elevator area and everywhere around it, you're greeted with the smell of fish from the restaurant downstairs: Which of course makes it's way through the entire hotel. Every room's doors seem to need a good slam to get the door to shut properly. Also the showers barely drain, making it difficult to take a shower without completely filling the bath tub. I would have liked to left a review on the newer tower but apparently that wasn't an option. Thought I would give this place a try when Ceasars comped us a night, but I won't make that mistake again. I recommend at least spending the extra for a suite at Silver Legacy, or even better staying at Atlantis or Nugget.

I LOVE THE ROW!! Each hotel has their own eccentric qualities that make them unique. There really is something for everyone here from the arcade, to table games and Top Golf!! I love the entire staff here because I have a small service animal and they have never given me a hassle about her, from my room to having her with me when Im gambling. Everyone loves her! They always make me feel welcomed!!

We stayed there for 3 days because my son’s karate competition was held at a resort next to it. My son lost his iPhone, someone returned it to the lost and found and we got it back, Jessica at lost and found was so nice and helpful. We had such a good experience there, from the front desk, room service crew, valet parking, security, all were so friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

The row is a good downtown hub for gambling and going out with friends. the ambiance and lack of music and entertainment on the casino floor is lacking. But I do enjoy the slots that are near starbucks

This hotel and Casino is TIRED! In bad need of renovation. No concierge service. $500 room with horrible view. A tub/spa in the main room (not the bathroom) which was really weird, with mirrors on the wall. Seedy/soiled carpet. The toilet is so situated that I have to literally walk sideways to get between the door and the wall to gain access to the toilet. I'm an airline pilot that has stayed in 1000 hotel rooms over the last 25 years.... This whole setup is bizarre.

Not sure how this hotel has garnered it’s 4 star rating but this ain’t it. The rooms are pretty grim and outdated. Once you get past the musty old carpet you’re met with peeling wallpaper and a shower that won’t drain. I’ve stayed in many hotels and the condition of this one is probably one of the worst I’ve been in. Upon checking in and getting to our room, being extremely disappointed with the condition of the room the front desk would only move us to a renovated room for an extra fee. If you must stay here be sure to book a renovated room as the others are gross

Worse experience ever! Very rude front desk employees. The place is run down. In desperate need of touch up paint everywhere. Why are there no wash cloths? The website states designer toiletries. LOL... 3 tiny bottles of no name shampoo conditioner and lotion. There was a burn hole in the comforter. I know I booked a smoking room but, hey can't you use some deodorizers! Some carpet fresh. It smelled so nasty. I couldn't even crack open the window. Oh, and my window looked directly into the pool area. If you like the smell of fried fish then you will love the smell of the elevator. And to top off this horrible stay the charge $45 amenities fee a night and $10 valet parking (even for hotel guests). WOW...

This is an older hotel that needs updating. Rooms are musty. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Furniture was old, and many of the drawers didn't close . We had 3 people in our room and they didn't give us enough water, coffee and towels .

  • 5/5 Mary R. 7 months ago on Google
I will say didnt like the $300 addition to our package deal!!. for stuff we never used!! Gym, pool, and for water, coffee in the room.. An employee told me this.. The room itself was great!! However, the bathroom.. toilet/shower area.. the door was an issue for us. A very skinny 12 year old would have an issue getting around that door to pee..and shower.. Parking.. well its across the street.. the last two days we were there the elevators were not functioning correctly.. I'm disabled.. climbing stairs in either direction is excruciating.. Saturday we came back early.. my husband had to drop me off and walk 6 blocks back to the hotel! No parking was available! Incase you forgot that 300 charge, that didn't include parking.. As for maid service.. we asked for none while we were there..

We enjoyed our stay at the El Dorado. Our spa suite was clean and as expected. The only issue we had was no hot water on our last night. Who wants a cold hot tub? Engineering was no help. Warning to those going mid-week, dining shuts down early. The shutdown the lines around 8:30 pm. This is nice for those that are seated because they aren't rushed out but hard on those hungry.

We stayed 2 nights here. We enjoyed our stay. I liked that 3 hotels connect to each other and didn't have to leave the premises. Fernando, our bartender made our playing experience wonderful since he made great drinks and was always so attentive and friendly to everyone. The valet parking was super easy and convenient for a $10 fee.

Roach motel. The "Spa" next to a tiny tiny pool is a dry hole full of sadness and bugs (pictures attached). Rooms smell like cigarettes regardless of "smoke free" floors. Hotel restaurants are high priced dog food that you have to wait in line for. Suggestion: brave the throngs of homeless waiting for you outside the property to find better, more reasonably priced food. The saving grace of the pool and aforementioned "spa" is the presence of the cabana bar. I was always met by welcoming staff and friendly conversation. Nate remembered our names and even our preferences each day throughout our stay.

A very good hotel and casino. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice but could have been a little bigger. Location is terrific. Definitely would stay there again.

I didn't get the room I wanted, but learned how to Book for next year. The pool is an absolute treat. The employees are helpful courteous and thoughtful. The waitresses & Bartenders are "on point". I don't eat there because I have other favorite places, but it would have been nice if they'd have room service because I would have used it.

Great place to stay! The room was very nice. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was close to several other casinos so we walked all over. I only wish the slots had shown us some love.
