I had to collect them separately, 1 piece at a time. Accumulating in one place is a failure. In some places there is pick-up, in others there is not. Delivery in many stores is paid (that is, for each product I also have to pay for delivery). One store promised to help with the required quantity, but it turned out there were none in the warehouses, in fact there was only 1 piece. We agreed that they would wait until I found the remaining 4. As a result, we urgently change the concept and replay it with 2 of the same type of design. I placed an order at Koko Loko and another store (2 pendants in each). Koko Loko were the first. They called back very quickly - no complaints here. They said everything was ok, we accept the order, it will be delivered to the next delivery point. week. I once again clarified whether it was true. I was assured - yes. As a result, I call the first store, pay for the order, contact the second and also pay for the order. 2 others are being sent, Koko Loko is waiting because... It was with their pendants, which were supposed to arrive before everyone else, that we planned to make an announcement. Monday - silence. On Tuesday afternoon, the Koko Loko operator calls and apologizes, like they didn’t notice, there are no pendants. I'm completely out of it, because in fact, this is tantamount to disrupting the entire event (2 out of 5 ordered products are missing)! But it was because of them that I decided on this adventure, because... Other stores don't have 2 designs. As a result, I make a bunch of orders, one of the stores is out of stock (despite its availability on the website), another has delivery in a week and a half (!), I fly to Moscow to a retail store and again replay the concept of gifts. Moreover, these pendants are still available on the Koko Loko website and even with a discount of 150 rubles! This is such a “New Year’s” setup on your part.

The most inappropriate store I've ever encountered. Without agreement with the client, they delete the second position in the online order (as if a person cannot order two identical rings); when trying to figure it out and receive the order in a normal configuration, the sellers allow themselves to be offensive and rude. I will never try to order anything there again.

I agreed because the person really wanted them. In general, they contacted me only on the 20th of March with a question about the relevance. Of course, the gift was bought differently, but I thought that it was still possible to give them as a gift. As a result, we agreed with the manager about delivery, BUT the price they said was more than what was on the website. When asked why this was so, they started telling all sorts of nonsense. p.s. I decided to share my sad experience on their website, but they don’t even publish a review! I DO NOT recommend this online store!
