If I could give 0 stars I would. Still so confused and shocked about how I was treated in this store. I bought a vape and when the machine said my MasterCard was “approved” I reached for the vape that was on the counter in front of me and the old lady that owns the store literally SLAPPED my hand and yelled “don’t grab” as if I was stealing something. Insane encounter with a clearly unstable human being. After reading other reviews it all makes sense. Someone open a vape store in revelstoke because there’s a serious market for it! This lady should not be in business, complete psychopath

My friend and I went into the store shopping for a bachelorette party. The two sales assistants were very friendly and helpful with their suggestions and let us know there was a sale on for bachelorette items. However, I had a bizarre encounter with the owner of the store, a lady with shorter white hair. While looking at a display I turned only for her to physically grab and pull on my coffee cup (takeaway with lid) telling me she would put it on the counter for me. There was no displayed sign saying no food or beverage in the store and as this was a display of plastic novelty party items, not something that was grave danger of coffee spillage. I was not staggering around or in any danger of falling over while standing and looking at items. I held onto the cup in shock as she tried to pull it out of my hand like I was not a 30 plus year old woman but instead a naughty toddler. She told me it was so that I didn't trip and spill. I would have happily put it down if asked but for someone to grab for something in my hand and pull was so uncalled for. I honestly felt so uncomfortable and shocked with this experience I would not go back. In the future please don't grab things from people's hands without using your words first.

Wasn't getting help so tried finding what I needed and got told to not go back there and was lucky I wasn't getting sweared at or shot, won't be going back. Judging by other reviews seems to be the same old lady, who thinks everyone else is the problem!

Had a great experience today. Had a wide variety of products. The lady behind the counter was fully capable of answering all my questions. Contrary to other reviews, I found her to be rather polite. My only advice when entering is to read the sign and follow her hand sanitizing protocol. If you show respect, you get respect in return. I will return if I do find myself in the area at a later date.

Do not shop here unless you want to waste money. The woman charges around 200% higher than everywhere else. Online a pack of pods is $24, here they are $49. I shop at Liberty Vape online or just any other site, and would recommend you do the same. Very greedy. And to the woman that will respond to this, don’t make excuses. I’ve seen more rural shops keep their prices justifiably. Service can be decent depending on the person at the counter. The older woman is brutal and doesn’t have knowledge of the items she is selling. Buyer Beware.

The lady at the counter was very polite and nice to me and her dog was so friendly as well, personally very good service. Just make sure you know what you want to get beforehand to make things easier and go more smoothly.

Went to get some vape juice, the service was off but they're the only place in town purveying the stuff and at a much better price than anywhere else. 👍

I’m not quite sure how to put into words what I just experienced from the very rude old lady at the front desk with her less than helpful attitude. She was very short and seemed to not know much about vapes at all but sells them. Her prices were outrages. Ended up walking out wondering what the hell kind of store I just walked into !
