I was really looking forward to our visit here after seeing the menu online. We arrived at 3pm (hours posted online) to find a sign saying they don’t open until 5pm so we went back to our hotel and came back when they opened. This should have been our first clue. There was 1 other table of 4 when hubby and I arrived. We were greeted and told to sit wherever we like. Our drinks and food came fairly quickly (they only had 2 tables!). The food looked lovely but tasted just okay. By this time there were another dozen people that had arrived (not all together). There were 3 front staff on the floor but we waited quite a while to get our bill and pay. This seems to be the theme in Revelstoke. This was the end of September. I can’t imagine what high season is like. Well, after seeing the owner’s response I can see where the problem originates. Boohoo, they were open 7 days in a row and were tired. That is a good excuse for poor service and quality of food? That shows what they think of their customers. The truth hurts! Instead of taking the constructive criticism he chooses to tell me off. Real classy!

Excellent selection of craft beers, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Not just beer, they do great food as well. The mac and cheese was tasty and my friends had the brisket which I was a little jealous of. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Food is amazing. Loved it so much I came here twice within the same week. Definitely give the beef ribs a try.

Great food. Large portions. Came here after driving all day from Montana and we were able to get a table within 15 min. It was definitely busy so you may have to wait a little before you are seated. However, it is for sure worth the wait! I ordered the harvest salad and it was super hearty and pretty good portion for even two people to share. My bf got the 1lb smoked brisket with a side of mac and cheese and potato chips. The brisket was like melt in your mouth sweetness and the mac and cheese was also quite tasty! The side of mac and cheese was a pretty good size as well. Safe to say we didn’t leave hungry! The beers are also super 💯 definitely a cool spot to check out!

We went to the Bierhaus during the Burger Challenge and had their signature burger served on a charcoal bun. The bun is coal black and does not look appealing visually, but it is hands down the best bun I have ever had. The rest of the burger was delicious, too 😋. And even better was their side salad made of tator tots, spring salad mix, barbequed brisket, Bierhaus barbeque sauce topped with sour cream. This needs to become a signature dish and make it meal size. We all polished the side off before the burger. It was that good!!!

Wow. The brisket melted in your mouth and paired with summer salad was out of this world. Our server, Gretchen, was so pleasant as well as we dined in. Exceptional food and service. Highly recommended. We will be back next time we visit Revelstoke.

My tummy is so satisfied with the food we got here. The chicken was perfectly cooked and to top it off with their pork and beans, that was a perfect combo. As a yuzu fanatic, their yuzu sour caught my interest. Although I was expecting more yuzu flavor, overall the drinks were refreshing.

Fantastic bbq oriented menu and a killer selection of craft beers on tap, had the brisket and pork and beans and it was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area

The whole menu was on a receipt paper. Not sure why they don’t have QR codes or laminated menus. But the beers were plenty and good. Foods tasted fresh and all hand made. The queso was amazing! It was a mix of Mexican corn and queso.

Unless you are bulking up for Mr. Universe, do not order the two beef ribs dinner with a side of Mac 'n cheese! So much food. Taste was good, but my food must have sat on the smoker for quite a while as the bark was very dry and unedible. Very busy and only one waitress for the entire restaurant.

Great place with a super chill vibe. They have skiing/snowboarding on the big screen and a good list of beers. We really enjoyed the beef rib and the mac and cheese (esp brisket mac). The place was super accommodating of our restless toddler and we saw a lot of other little ones too. They have a fun sparkling Negroni and a few other options for those that don’t want beer. Only missing a pretzel on the menu.

Got the chance to visit the Craft Bierhaus again while in Revelstoke for work. I ordered the smoked half chicken and was not disappointed. Large portion of food and the salad was tasty as well. Great selection of beer with perfect service too. Definitely going to stop by again if I’m in Revelstoke.

Visited the town for a few days and went to this restaurant for drinks. Loved the place and vibes! The server was super super fun and friendly. She knew what she was doing! Next time ,visiting Revelstoke, will go back for food !!

Large portion that left me filled. Really enjoyed the flavours. Good selection of beer. This place gets busy quick so come early or be ready to wait a little bit.

Great spot for beer and food. In summer they won't serve hot food till 6:30pm over all experience was great we enjoyed it very much.

VERY good food and great selection of beers. Large portions for the price. Everything is cooked with great care and pride. Must have if you're near or in Revelstoke. We have already decided to road trip 6 hours back just to eat here. All 1 star reviewers seriously missed out.

The beer list is long and varied. Your eyes eat the food first before your mouth catches up - they both agree that it's delicious. The Mac & cheese is obviously the go-to here, but the rest of the menu deserves attention. The woodwork throughout the place, from the tables to the bathroom vanities, is gorgeous and kudos to whoever picked out the lighting. My only complaints: 1) every single seat in the place is a stool. If life has taken its tole on your lower back then this is a place you come for a short time, not a long time. 2) the walls are completely barren, it feels 'too' new - like it hasn't developed an identity. It's kind of uncomfortable, which I guess fits with the theme of the stools. I'd come back, but this wouldn't be my everyday place. It could be though, the potential is there.
