I
was
really
looking
forward
to
our
visit
here
after
seeing
the
menu
online.
We
arrived
at
3pm
(hours
posted
online)
to
find
a
sign
saying
they
don’t
open
until
5pm
so
we
went
back
to
our
hotel
and
came
back
when
they
opened.
This
should
have
been
our
first
clue.
There
was
1
other
table
of
4
when
hubby
and
I
arrived.
We
were
greeted
and
told
to
sit
wherever
we
like.
Our
drinks
and
food
came
fairly
quickly
(they
only
had
2
tables!).
The
food
looked
lovely
but
tasted
just
okay.
By
this
time
there
were
another
dozen
people
that
had
arrived
(not
all
together).
There
were
3
front
staff
on
the
floor
but
we
waited
quite
a
while
to
get
our
bill
and
pay.
This
seems
to
be
the
theme
in
Revelstoke.
This
was
the
end
of
September.
I
can’t
imagine
what
high
season
is
like.
Well,
after
seeing
the
owner’s
response
I
can
see
where
the
problem
originates.
Boohoo,
they
were
open
7
days
in
a
row
and
were
tired.
That
is
a
good
excuse
for
poor
service
and
quality
of
food?
That
shows
what
they
think
of
their
customers.
The
truth
hurts!
Instead
of
taking
the
constructive
criticism
he
chooses
to
tell
me
off.
Real
classy!
