One of the absolute worst road side McDonald's I've ever been to and that's saying something for a highway fast food place. Got cold fries went up to the counter to ask for new ones, was met with attitude, told I would get fresh fries and then waited for 10 minutes for cold fries. I can't tell you how absolutely infuriating it is to wait 10 minutes for another cold set of fries. The staff was openly trash talking customers at the counter. The bathroom was disgusting and something you would hover over. Just an absolute trash place. Go to the A and W and don't waste your time here. Editing to add that it was NOT busy when we went - drive thru was empty. Staff and management clearly need to get it together and actually care about customers.

Interesting... How I'm sure I received 10 pesos mixed in the change received .. its the only place I used cash. Hmm.. looks exactly like a toonie ... im sure it's an honest mistake...

The store was not busy but the staff were busy chatting with each other when they could have been cleaning the bathrooms. The ladies bathroom had one stall out of order, one stall dirty and the only other one I couldn’t lock the stall. There were rolls of TP on the floor, the water was dribbling from the faucet, no paper towels and the electric hand dryer was not working. The men’s bathroom wasn’t much better. There was no ice and no ketchup - very poor McDonald’s - will eat anywhere else but in this store.

The food was ok, got spicy habanero chicken burger with iced frappe, both were ok ok, not a fan. I love chicken habanero from A&W is always better than here and Tim’s ice cappuccino is unbeatable.

Hard not to give a good review when you have a view of the mountains . It's McDonald's not much to say but it is nice to grab a bite and look up at the snow covered peaks.

So dirty. Like, garbage stacked all over garbage cans, because I'm sure there weren't enough staff too empty them as the ones working looked like they never stopped running. Management: hire more staff. Food was prepared well, and no issues there.

I’ve never seen a busier McDonald’s! But I wasn’t in a rush so I waited for the food. Five stars would have had it be fresher food and I would think it would be hot out the oven when non-stop cooking but our order was lacking :( at least it was all right and no mix ups! They were great at calling out orders as well. I’ll be back! Freshness is hot and miss and I usually get “well what did you expect” for McDonald’s but I don’t care! Lol

I m soo disappointed with their service and how inconsiderate someone could be, we were coming back from surrey so stopped at their drive thru for a quick snack, ordered 2 junior chicken but in one of the burgers we got beef patty instead of chicken had to throw the entire thing, wastage of time & money

I will start by saying the food came to order when it came after a 10-15 minute wait (was very busy). No tables were clean, floor was dirty, and the men's bathroom was gross (a mix of water and urine all of the floor, like 1cm everywhere) urinal overflowing ever flush. I get it's a busy location but if you don't have the staff don't open for full service.

One of the quickest McDonald's ever been to. It ran so smoothly in getting customers orders and the place was busy. This stores management or team needs to go out and train other McDonald's on how to operate properly.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. However I must say the team they had in there today was an incredible group of people. I haven’t seen such a well oiled machine in years. It was packed, but we stayed and hardly had a wait. Well done management, and your team.

We got to this location this morning while it wasn’t that busy (two drive through cars and three different customers inside the store). The first thing caught our eyes was the Stats and their ranking board for their fast service on the store monitor. When my husband and I were there, we saw a few staff were chatting and it took them a bit to acknowledge our present (we were the first customers in the store before the other two customers came in shortly after). While waiting for our food, we saw a very not so happy lady came into the store and she told the staff they got her breakfast sandwich wrong. They grabbed another sandwich quickly and gave that to her. They kept her returned sandwich on the counter. When we got our order, we just went straight to the car without checking it. When we distributed the food to our big kids in the car, we realized there was a breakfast sandwich missing. Went back to the store, the staff quickly grabbed something available from their counter and gave it to us. When we went to the parking lot, we opened it and realized the food was cold, and the wrap was loose. Really, at that point, we suspected that was the sandwich returned from the upset costumer. However we were already late for our road trip, we didn’t bother to go back and ask for a hot sandwich instead. We just decided to drive away and we shared another sandwich with each other. Then our daughter was waiving a toy from her happy meal breakfast, we now got more upset as they didn’t give her a book as we ordered. The Stats we saw on the monitor showed that location ranked number 1 for the fast service in all but really, their drive thru amount was half of the other locations and their customer service is TERRIBLE! Ordered were not done right, not greeting customers while it wasn’t busy and didn’t throw the returned food away. We wish we read all other reviews before pulling in. Never stop by there again. And will make sure our family and friends know to avoid that location.

Always stopped here when traveling. Great staff, clean washrooms, ample parking. No complaints.

Clean, nice and it’s a good spot for road trip people!!

The tables were really dirty. The bathroom wasn't that clean and there was no more paper towel. We expected a big burger but in all reality it's a small flat burger.

This location Desperately needs to be Cleaned Up ! Several tables were dirty and it wasn't busy - the floors needed attention - and door handles - anyone hear of Covid ? Woman's bathroom - well I'm not even going there, disgusting 😒 Can't imagine what the cooking area looks like where food is cooked and handled - Glad I didn't order any food !

Can't order breakfast even 1 minute after 10. All other fast food chains offer breakfast all day. As for overview review; very often, the orders are wrong. I don't know how it is hard to follow a doctored burger when you place a sticker on each individual sandwich telling you what was requested. Save yourself the trouble and drive 10 feet further up the road to A&W. Better and faster service.

What the heck is with the kids meal?? Ok we stopped for a meal for the kids and ordered my daughter a kids meal. First off, it came in a small tiny brown bag (no more boxes?) and the fries container… it was the size of something you would be putting in your doll house for decoration. Seriously, i have never seen anything like it. I thought it was joke. We drove to next door A and W and had a great laugh with the guy who worked there. I want my $5 back!

I don't normally leave reviews but I was really impressed with the service at this location. A simple "Good Morning, how are you?" and "Thank You" can really change a mundane interaction to a good one. Keep up the great service, guys.

Very rude employee at drive through I gave him my order and then seen that things didn't line up on the screen. Then i asked him about it and he insisted that thats what i ordered. Terrible at paying attention and why would you argue with a customer anyhow? I know what i want. You just pay attention and fulfill my order

This McDonald's desperately needs more workers. The current staff does a good job, but can't help but fall through orders and wait times go as far as 20 minutes. A shame on McDonald's is not looking into this. As for the current staff, keep up the good work guys!

Didn’t have to wait long for food despite the business. And the employees were extremely kind. Seriously, so nice and patient despite the chaos. However the womens bathroom was a nightmare. The management should get someone in to fix the broken toilets ASAP. There was pee and soaked toilet paper all over and around the single working toilet. Totally disgusting and not really safe or healthy for a food establishment

By far the most disgusting McDonald’s bathroom I’ve seen. Super dirty caulking around the toilet. Toilet seat broken. My shoes smelled so bad from walking in there I had to throw them in a plastic bag and into the trunk of my car. For an organization that makes so much money (especially in a location that sees millions of tourists a year): do better. Complete Reno needed not just a “we sanitize our spaces every hour for your safety” Just gross

Great place for quick stop breakfast. I've never fan of McDonald back in the US but I give it a chance when we visit Revelstoke and it a good experience. Clean dining room, friendly service.

OK, so we stopped in Revelstoke as it was half way on our drive that day. We originally tried a couple of other places but prices were too much (they were capitalising on the captive audience) so we opted for a quick McDonalds. That was a mistake. To be fair, the food as always, was the same as you would expect from any Mcdonalds. It was as good or bad depending on point of view as it always is. The problem was the carnage that is the car park and the ordering system. The car park is just a mess of people trying to get in and out. Once parked (we should have done drive through but that looked worse) we ordered and grabbed a table outside. There were a number free. Two of the group went in to order. They returned with food 25 minutes later. Hardly fast food. By this point we were a bit fedup and annoyed by the wasps, which were everywhere because the trash had not been cleaned up from the trash bins / areas. All in all, I would 100% avoid if this place looks remotely busy. It could be that they prioritise the drive thru, but the speed for dine-in / take out was atrocious and the place was a mess. Not a bad view though.

Staff was totally overwhelmed by the number of customers going into the long weekend. Parking lots are a joke as you get " trapped by the drive thru line". Washrooms were filthy and had overflowing garbage, and that was before noon. Don't stop here.

Friendly, efficient service! Love that they gave us an XL ice water and an abundance of napkins. When you have little kids you need plenty of both.
