I'm

losing
control.
I
bought
a
bracelet
in
March
2023
which
broke
two
months
later.
I
go
back
to
the
store
and
they
change
it
for
me.
At
the
same
time
I
bought
a
medal
which
I
had
engraved
in
the
name
of
my
second
daughter.
The
medal
comes
back
folded
and
scratched
from
the
workshop!
I
have
been
recommended
a
medal.
I
collect
bracelet
and
medal.
A
week
later
the
bracelet
broke.
I
return
to
the
store
and
they
give
me
a
bracelet
again
after
agreement
with
the
sector
manager,
I
add
a
chain
to
widen
the
bracelet
just
in
case
and
they
move
the
medal
to
another
ring
which
could
be
the
cause
of
the
problem.

be

and

broken
again
in

same
place
as
the
first
and
second
and
I'm
just
wearing
it.
I
had
already
had
a
bad
experience
with
this
brand
but
I
had
a
credit
and
I
decided
to
give
the
brand
a
chance.
Since
March
I
haven't
stopped
going
back
and
forth
to
the
store
and
today,
after
barely
15
days,
the
bracelet
broke
again.
The
bracelet
is
still
under
warranty
but
I'm
even
ashamed
to
go
back
to
the
store
to
ask
for
a
third
repair.
It's
a
bracelet
that
cost
me
more
than
80
euros
purchased
in
March
2023
and
I've
changed
my
bracelets
3
times.
The
quality
is
not
up
to
par
and
I
would
like
to
know
what
I
should
do
today.
Going
back
to

store
to
change
your
bracelet
for
the
4th
time?
And
I
have
nothing
against
this
store
because
the
salespeople
were
adorable
but
I've
had
more
than
enough.
So
I
have
a
brand
new
medal
and
still
a
broken
bracelet
that

cannot
wear.

loss

time

back
and
forth
during
my
lunch
break.
What
will
I
be
offered
to
replace
the
bracelet?

there

problem

bracelet

breaks

on

to

This
brand
is
expensive
for
fancy
stuff
and

feel
like

wasted

What
solution
do
they
offer
me
this
time?
There

clearly
a
problem
with
this
bracelet
and
I

like
someone
to
offer
me
a
viable
solution.
The
bracelet
is
still
under
warranty.

well,

18
months
ago
I
was
given
another
in
the
name
of
the
second.
The
bracelet
broke
but
the
pink
color
was
out
of
stock
and
after
many
adventures
I
got
a
credit.
So
I
bought
this
other
bracelet
and
another
medal
and
I
find
myself
again
with
a
broken
bracelet
and
I
can't
carry
my
second
daughter's
name
on
me.
Which
solution?
Because
now

disappointed
and
angry!
