This
is
the
crown
jewel
of
lyonnaise
cuisine,
reservations
a
must.
Had
all
three
courses,
roasted
monkfish
liver
with
carrot
purée,
sea
bream
with
red
lentil
purée
and
helichrysum
sauce,
and
a
candied
cherry
and
rhubarb
with
shortbread
dessert.
Also
pictured
is
the
roast
beef
and
chocolate
ganache
with
caramel
and
thyme
ice
cream
my
partner
had.
The
fish
dish
was
one
of
the
best
I’ve
ever
had
bursting
with
flavor,
the
liver
was
rich,
my
dessert
was
very
tart
and
sugary
while
the
other
was
luscious
chocolate
with
incredible
textures.
One
of
the
best
overall
meals
I’ve
had,
I
can’t
stress
enough
how
much
you
should
check
this
place
out!!!
The
only
negative
was
we
ordered
sparkling
instead
of
still
water
and
probably
since
we
are
Americans
were
served
still.
Their
English
is
very
good
also,
but
a
very
understandable
mix
up.
