Sent the bike to have the brakes checked and for a change of tyres. They said it'd be ready in 2 weeks time. After 3 weeks wait had to called them just to be told that it'd take about 2 weeks and thst they'd let me know once the bike was ready. Called yesterday (almost 9 weeks since I first handed the bike) just to be told that it was ready a month ago. Waste of time. Nobody really seems to know anything when asked. Super disorganised.

Bought my son a FFF Benzima kit for a GREAT deal! Super excited. The same kit would have been twice as much at a US store. Thanks!!

The location was centrally located in the busy shopping area of Lyon. It was a huge store and complete with all kinds of sports equipment, camping, gym, hiking, climbing. They have bicycles, ropes and climbing equipment, goggles and sunglasses, tents, shoes etc.

Sports Authority in Europe. Has most anything you'd need. Probably not going to get anyone who speaks English, but if you know what you want, you'll most likely find it there.

Who doesn't enjoy the Decathlon! This particular location is small, but it still has lots to offer. The employees are helpful and welcoming too. I was able to find what I was looking for and I was glad they were on the mall. Now if I could have a Decathlon in Greenville South Carolina, that would make me very happy!

I really love this store, I would suggest to go to a bigger one, they sont have everything..

Definitely worth a visit since the Decathlon in Part Dieu is closed. Not the biggest.

Everything was out of sorts (literally boxes and random stuff laying all over the store.) I waited forever in line and then the guy told me to look online for an item when I asked if they had it in a different size. Serious lack of customer service!!!! Not to mention half of the store weren’t wearing masks. Really disappointed by my experience here
