Hotel is nice and clean and the staff is very forthcoming and friendly. Nice two story rooms available on the top floor. Gym and spa also available. The included continental breakfast is also of a fairly good standard.

Nice cuddly hotel in this lovely town near dusseldorf

The hotel is really nice and cozy. They have 2 floors inside a room, where beds are on upper floor. But they do not have a charging point on the upper level, which doesn't make sense. That's why the 4 stars.

A great hotel. This hotel is first choice when visiting here. Great location, comfy rooms and great breakfast. Only reason for 4 stars is car park that whilst secure is tricky to get in and out of.

Nice quiet hotel with wonderful breakfast

Friendly, clean, good location, underground parking and convenient.

Good hotel great staff and big rooms which were clean however there is only 1 staff member at night who although is very good at his job has to juggle serving on the bar, checking people in, taking orders for food and more clearly this place is losing money by not having more staff as people don't want to order extra drinks or food due to the waiting times that said the food was great value with food portions and very tasty.
